We had an wonderful weekend at rainbow lodge, glengoulandie. The lodge is very thoughtfully furnished and has everything you could wish for. The hosts, Russel and Sandy, were very friendly and helpful even coming in to set the log burner for us. I really can’t recommend this lodge highly enough and look forward to a return visit.
We had a lovely few days at the Rainbow Lodge. The lodge itself is beautiful...clean, spacious, and very well equipped. There were lots of little touches that make such a difference when you're staying away from home. The stunning views, cosy log burner, thoughtful welcome pack...were everything we needed for a relaxing family break! Thank you so much!

To wake up and go to bed next door with ducks, swans and deers was a wonderful experience. The accommodation offers all comfort to feel at home in a comprehensive equipped and quite stylishly furnished as well as very clean cabin. For any queries the landlord was always reachable. We - a Bavarian family (3 kids) really enjoyed the communication with Russel and Sandy who were very keen to arrange for us a great time at Rainbow Lodge.
The magical surroundings and also the near fabulous village Aberfeldy promises being right in the middle of Harry Potter's story world. We spent a memorable and wonderful time at Rainbow Lodge and look forward to repeat this break out time in Scotland in not so far future...perhaps in winter time...?
The lodge is very spacious, well equipped and beautifully located at a small loch. On the other side of the loch is a beautiful deer park -- a very nice walk in the evenings. We also recommend hiking on Schiehallion which is located close-by and offers stunning views into the highlands. We also enjoyed going to Kenmore where we rented a boat and spent some time on Loch Tay. All in all, we spent a wonderful week in Glengoulandie and absolutely recommend it!
