Brilliant B&B - we loved the little trail for the kids in the forest, visiting the sheep and of course being spoilt by our lovely hosts!
We also really appreciated eating our dinner there, which was not only absolutely delicious, but also in a great atmosphere! We will certainly come again - and make sure to stay more than two days!

Room Tip: Two rooms ensuite, one for the parents and one for the kids - wonderful! It's called the Affric Suite, and leads onto the pateo.

We travelled with two American friends and all found the accommodation very comfortable. We booked an evening meal for the first night and it was excellent. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful - recommending places to go and restaurants for dinner. Kids will love the Highland cattle and the sheep, too.
This is a great place to stay while exploring the Great Glen and other regions of Northeast Scotland.

What a wonderful setting, and fantastic place to stay. Next time we will visit for longer. Even though the weather had been wet, there was loads for the kids to do in a safe space in the garden as we're all weather folk! The food was perfect for us in the evening too and the kids totally cleared their plates. As we were staying with other adults, it was great to be able to chat while the kids played with some of the fabby toys which had been provided for them. We had loads of fun in the hot tub, as did the kids (age 7 and 4) and we will definately be back!

Sonia and Graham are fantastic hosts. Couldn't have done more for us. Our room was very large, comfortable and spotless with a modern kitchenette for those staying longer with everything you could need. Bed was very comfy.
We made use of the hot tub which was great fun and we are going to stay again next year so we can make us of it again but this time AFTER we've run the marathon. Would be great after a long day in the hills, cycling or running.
Sonia and Graham also offer evening meals as extra and have a large selection of wines and other drinks to choose from. Our meal and breakfast were delicious and set us up perfectly for a marathon run.
They run a small farm and the kids love this. There's lots for kids to do too at the B&B and the surrounding area and there's a trail down to the river where the B&B have a gazebo to site and relax in.
Sonia and Graham have a wealth of knowledge and advice on the area and take great care to look after you.
thanks guys for a wonderful weekend and see you again next year :-)

Arrived on a very wet day to a very warm welcome, for 3 nights. Good sized room with a view across Glen Urquhart and also two comfortable chairs (important if you want to read in the evening!). The shower was large and worked well; although the shower room was spacious the bedroom was not cramped as a result. Very good storage space in the room - important if you want to unpack properly for a few nights during a longish holiday! Sonia and Graham provide a wealth of information, including menus, about local restaurants (some of which will collect and return you from the B&B so you don't have to use your car) and other attractions. Breakfasts were excellent, with fresh fruit, the usual cereals and some very tempting cooked options. The Great Glen was good centre to explore Loch Ness (both sides), Inverness and its surrounding area and the beautiful Glen Affric. It is far enough from Drumnadrochit (2 miles) to avoid the Nessie stuff! Although we didn't take advantage of it, Great Glen has riding facilities and also a working farm.

Room Tip: There are two rooms in the main house and another in a detached cottage very close by (which I did not see) but if our own room in the house was typical, there are no 'bad' rooms. All face across the glen (south); there is a main road about 25 metres or so from the front of house but there is little traffic at night - it was not an issue.
