“Dalmatians first holiday”
Reviewed 15 November 2015 for a stay in November 2015

Well what can we say, we arrived to a very warm welcome from Vincent who gave us a few minutes to get settled into the lodge, which on first walking in was breathtaking the high ceiling in the main living/kitchen area gives a feeling of space, the bedrooms and bathroom all finished to an excellent standard, Vincent then popped in to go through everything with us, there are three main walks that are accessible directly from the lodge to suit all levels of fitness so no car needed. The lodges are all situated within a fenced area giving you security and reassurance for your pet. I could go on, however when I'm looking at reviews I just want to know if you would go back? Answer is yes, so see you next year. Thank for a great holiday

“Excellent stay”
Reviewed 14 November 2015 for a stay in November 2015

The Glomach lodge offered more than enough space, was very clean and well-maintained. Basic supplies like kitchenware and towels were available.
We traveled as a couple, but the lodge offered beds for 4 people.
The lodge is situated in a very quiet area in the vicinity of Loch Ness. Contact with Vincent and Claudia was nice and uncomplicated. We would certainly return.

Lovely lodge. Has everything you could need & bigger than it looks on the website. Even has good mobile signal & decent wi-fi! If you want peace & quiet, you won't find anywhere better than this.
The hosts Vincent & Claudia are both friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed with the dog for a long weekend in February. The lodge was cosy and clean and the location was perfect for the peaceful and quiet break we were looking for. Forest walks and a loch all within walking distance and Glen Affric only a short drive away. Loved our stay at Lochletter lodges only wish we could have stayed longer.

My wife and I stayed here for two weeks. From 19/12/14 to 03/01/15. Brilliant place! Brilliant people! Brilliant lodge! Booked for another two weeks in July after spending just a few days there and planing a further two weeks in October. Can't wait to go back! I've wrote a more detailed review under Lochletter lodges. But I can't recommend these lodges highly enough. Perfect place lovely, scenic and tranquil and perfectly located to explore the Highlands and Islands. Or just kick back and relax. Loads of good walks straight from your door and really close to glen afric (beautiful place) good restaurants and dog friendly pubs close by

This is a great place to stay if you want to get away from it all. The lodge was great and surrounding area very beautiful. Limited to what to do there as quite remote so need to like long walks or days out in the car to find something to do.Nearest village small but be prepared for tourist prices in pubs, cafe`s and anything to do with Lochness.
