This was a very nice stop on our drive around Loch Ness, there are quite a few steps down (and then up again...) but it was more than worth it, there are a cafe and public convinience at the parkinglot

Thank hahnson

Scenic. Be sure to walk down after the waterfall, to the road, further down past the bridge and through the forest like area to the shores of Loch Ness!

We thought we would take a trip to the Falls of Foyer as a lot of people said it's very beautiful to see
Well we did the walk down but I only went half way down as I had a bad leg my Hubby went all the way down and took some pictures ,the views were lovely well worth the huffing and puffing at the end of the walk .
At the end we went into the local pub for a well earned drink and the views from that place were amazing

The Falls of Foyers are definitely a must to visit if you are in the area. The walk is quite hard going but well worth the view, we were lucky enough to see red squirrels. I think we earned our cup of tea and ice cream at the waterfall café.

This is one of the most beautiful, peaceful and stunning waterfalls in the highlands and is worth a visit.

It is steep and hilly here so you will need to be pretty fit and in the rain can get quite slippery so wear good footwear and warm/waterproof clothing.

There are no words for how wonderful this place is, you will see for yourself when you visit. Also look out for Red Squirrels, we didn't see any because of the rain but this is a good enough excuse to return again to find them.

Also, the cafe at the beginning of the attraction sells books that are donated by locals and visitors to the area and all money they raise goes toward Foyers Village, a worthy cause in itself.
