Our second visit to this lovely flat. The weather was not very kind but we still went out and about - Alness is very nice, Inverness is not too far , Fort George is a must and we also visited John O'Groats as well as walking in Cromarty itself. Back to the flat in the evenings it is so cosy well equipped and beautifully quiet.
Oh and of course the dolphins off Chanonry Point.
Thank you Helen, without doubt we will be back.
Myself my wife and 2 little girls stayed at this fantastic apartment last weekend and were totally blown away with its location and how immaculate the apartment was with everything you needed at hand for a comfortable and stress free break.
I grew up in Cromarty and left around 20 years ago with the odd flying visit back up to see family.
We have stayed in several places in the village over the years which were all good but this place comes out on top 10/10.
It’s location is great with you being able to just step out the front door and walk onto the beach, pop next door to the hotel for a pint or just walk 3 min to the slaughterhouse coffee place where you will get an awesome cup of coffee and listen to the banter of the locals.
Kenny and Helen have thought of everything in the apartment to make it like a home from home, the place is immaculate and very tastefully decorated, my girls especially liked the reading books that were left out for them on their bedside table and also spotting the seals swimming in the morning from the Living room window (pic of the wee one seal spotting).
Big thanks again to Kenny and Helen for a great stay and we shall be back very soon for longer.

Had a great stay here visiting family over Christmas. Lovely flat with everything you’d need. Very clean and tidy in the perfect location. Highly recommended to all.
We stayed at Seascape over Hogmanay with our dog this year and loved it. The flat looks out over the beach and firth and is immaculately clean and well appointed. Cromarty is a beautiful, peaceful small town with plenty of walks and there's a very nice hotel pub next door to the flat where we had a good meal with excellent local beers. Also we must recommend Sutor Creek café where we went for our Hogmanay dinner. It's much more than a café, the seafood was tremendous - sea trout, hake, whitebait and more. Cracking Scottish gins, great ambience and friendly service - brilliant. We'll be back to Cromarty.
On the beach with fantastic views (even the unexpected graveyard of oil-rigs),The apartment was top notch, perfection and very comfortable.Tea ,coffee, sugar, milk and tunnocks tea cakes all ready and waiting after our long journey ,couldn't ask from more,Kenny was perfect host, we hope to return next year .
Have visited Cromarty many times because I have a family connection. Now that I've stayed in this flat I'll only visit when it's available. Excellent facilities, spotlessly clean, roomy flat with fantastic views. Excellent value for money.
