Spent the night at Kilronan house during a visit to Scotland, Beautiful B&B in wonderful and quiet neighborhood. Linda and Colin made us feel right at home. Both are very knowledgeable about the area and can give you advice on where to go and things to do. If back in the area would definitely stay there agian. Breakfast was wonderful as well...

We just want to say what an enjoyable experience it was staying in Kilronan House for 4 nights. It is a beautiful house and is very clean and tastefully decorated. The twin bedroom over looking the front and with a view of Stirling castle, was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The hosts ,Linda and Colin give a warm and friendly welcome to everyone and are always at hand to help you in any way they can.We would always consider the breakfast an important part of any stay and once again Kilronan came up tops. The breakfasts were wonderful especially the house special, the scrambled egg with smoked salmon, although there was a good choice whatever your taste would be.All in all we had a great time in Kilronan which is very close to the Stirling Uni and would recommend it to anyone looking a warm ,comfortable, clean and friendly place to stay and would look forward to using it again.

This is a really lovely place to stay in the Bridge of Allan. Linda and Colin are great hosts, welcoming, friendly but not intrusive. I had a lovely large quiet room in their beautiful home, comfortable and clean with a nice bowl of fruit, water and the normal kettle, biscuits, tea and coffee at hand if I needed it. Breakfast was scrumptious - I went for the speciality of the house - scrambled egg with smoked salmon - absolutely delicious. I have no hesitation recommending this as a place to stay and if I am ever back in the area I will be booking in again :)

I visit the university from time to time and now I have found Kilronan I'm going to be very sad if they can't fit me in. Really comfortable spacious house, with a good lounge if you want to use it and pretty much faultless rooms, breakfast and hosting. Walking distance from local facilities - up a bit of a hill, but I've decided that's a health bonus! There is plenty of space and light in the bedrooms (I have stayed in the double and the twin), they are spotlessly clean and well appointed, with fruit, water and tea/coffee. Small but good shower rooms en suite. Love the breakfast. And there is WiFi for those of us who need it. Sometimes I have had to arrive later in the evening than anybody would consider polite, but Linda and Colin have even managed to accommodate that and still sort out the breakfast. Comfy beds, restful. . . a treat really.

I stayed at Kilronan for a night because I had a job interview at the university, and I definitely chose the right place! Colin picked me up from the train station and even dropped me off in the morning, breakfast was excellent and the room was spacious, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It made an otherwise average trip into a pleasure!

We had a lovely stay at Kilronan House which is situated in a very quiet residential street and is in easy walking distance for local shops, restaurants and train station. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean with the benefit of an en suite shower room and was perfect for a quiet nights sleep. The tea/coffee facilities were replenished every day along with biscuits and fresh fruit,Colins breakfasts left you wanting for nothing and set you up for the day.All in all a perfect stay and Colin was the perfect host.

We spent 3 nights there in February and although one night was windy and rainy outside, inside it was warm, comfortable and quiet. The twin room was light and airy and the beds very comfortable. Just a few minutes walk from the University and main shopping street (and main road through Bridge of Allan), but in a very quiet residential location, made it an ideal choice for us. Colin and Linda were very helpful and friendly and our breakfasts were excellent (making us eat too much!). Thank you both for a lovely stay!
