“Fantastic for a short break”
Reviewed 1 November 2015 for a stay in August 2015

The huts were great place to stay. The owners have thought of all the little details including a welcome basket, slippers and toiletries. It was great place for a tour of Lewis and Harris. I would definitely go back.

“a truly memorable stay...”
Reviewed 24 October 2015 for a stay in April 2015

Great standard of accommodation. The hut is incredibly well appointed for its size, & to have the Atlantic literally on your doorstep is fantastic.

My daughter still talks about "her" alpacas, & the BBQ Hut - a must-book

Will definitely return - more of the same weather please...

And Iain & Anne could not have been more helpful or welcoming.

“Fantastic Experience”
Reviewed 18 September 2015 for a stay in August 2015

We had a wonderful holiday at Harebell Hut which had everything you could wish for. Anne and Iain have put a lot of thought into providing a first class service. The BBQ hut is a must and an unforgetable experience.

Outer Hebrides was amazing on its own and staying in Harebell Hut in Lewis made it more memorable. Despite the rainy weather, it was such a lovely place to stay in; having able to wake up to the sound of waves and the ocean and to be greeted by alpacas! Iain was very helpful and would try his best to help out in ways that he could. Will definitely be back!

Fabulous stay in our little luxury hut. Everything you need for a cosy stay on the rugged west coast. Ideal for an escape from the norm and enjoy coastal walks and relaxing evenings, splendid!

“Unique experience in a beautiful setting”

We had a lovely time on a long weekend to Lewis & Harris for my birthday. Iain and Anne's huts provided the perfect base for us to explore the island and I have to say I've become a 'glamping' convert. The harebell hut is well appointed and comfortable with an excellent bathroom and cosy duvets, we made little use of the cooking facilities as we ate out in the evenings, but clear instructions were provided for operating everything in the hut. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch, and it was great to sample some local shortbread and cake baked on the islands. Maps and guides were also provided in the hut to help make best use of our time, you've really thought of everything guys! Also couldn't believe my eyes when I found the huts were wireless enabled, a nice touch if you can't bear to be without access to your emails, but I found it quite liberating to get a break from the technology.

During our stay, we met the Alpaca herd who were very cute - we were able to pet them and take photos as well as hand feed a couple of the older ones. We also hired out the BBQ hut one evening which I can't recommend highly enough!! Spent a lovely evening cosied in front of the fire while the wind whistle outside and the waves crashed in - bliss! Such a unique experience - and having the washing done afterwards was an added bonus.

Would highly recommend Hebridean Huts to anyone visiting Lewis and Harris.

“Great value, good quality, glam ping at its best”
Reviewed 22 September 2014 for a stay in September 2014

The huts were great value, and attention to detail was excellent and quality and cleanliness very good
The BBQ hut was a great experience and a must, but although lit by the fire and candles and very romantic , get your food cooked on the BBQ before it gets too dark
Great beaches in the area and some of the best in the world
It is something different and will be back , a welcome change from a hotel!!
