“Perfect second home with a fab view.”
Reviewed 4 May 2017 for a stay in April 2017

Isle of Skye is beautiful and very interesting place to visit. We went there in spring and we believe it is a good season to visit. 5 Castle Crescent is lovely, homey and comfortable inside. it has a lovely rear garden with a stunning view of the loch and the breathtaking hills/fields at the other side of it. Our son loved spotting and photographing a few seals along the shore. The owner is very hospitable and does welcome you with a basket full of goodies. Surely we shall return.

“Well located cottage”
Reviewed 12 April 2017 for a stay in April 2017

Cottage is well located and it met the description really well. The welcome basket was great. Restaurants in the area are very good - recommend Three Chimneya and the Old School Resturant. Barbara made sure that we had everything that we needed.

“Super clean and full facilities”
Reviewed 29 October 2016 for a stay in October 2016

Dunvegan is quite remote. This house is lovely clean house with loch view in the back garden. Clean and well kitchean facilities like dishwasher and dryer.

From kitchen and master bedroom, we could see seals sun bed in the loch. In the back garden, it is little slide for young kids. My children loved it even it was very cold!

Definitely value of money if you do not mind remoted location. It was one local shop there if you would like to grab milk or bread. Owner provided a goodies, wine and whisky for us which was great! Wifi was available.

My wife Carolyn booked this lovely 3 bed home set within walking distance of shops pub and garage. I found it was an ideal base to discover the Island of Skye. I was impressed by plenty of space to park as well.
If I was to return to Skye would stay here again without any doubt. Owners brilliant. Even posted a camera charger we had forgotten back to our home near Newcastle.
Thanks Mick.
ps loved my day fishing off Neast Point a 20 min drive away.

“Great Stay, lovely village”

Stayed here the last week of July. Journey up took us 11 hours. It was lovely to find a welcome pack Barbara had left for us. Wine, fudge, bread, eggs, and a wee dram too. House is very comfortably furnished. Bedrooms are all good sizes, especially the rear one, it also benefits from amazing views. All mod cons are there, wifi, dishwasher, washer, tumble dryer and all bedrooms benefit a large tv. Dunvegan is a great base for exploring the island. Village centre is a short walk away. Can recommend Janns Cake shop, scrummy. The house was very clean and I would certainly return if we visit Skye.
