Kate Lamb is a lovely hostess here, and is very warm, helpful and friendly. We had a hiccough when we arrived, but our room was really nice. Ensuite a little small. Breakfast was also very good with lots on offer. My only criticism would be that the cleanliness of windows and surrounds, garden etc could be improved to make the place have a better overall appearance and appeal. There a also a huge guest room with tv, pool table, and sitting area. Comfortable and great area but could do with a little polish to keep up to high standard.

Stayed here for a night in July ,nice friendly place with nice bedroom ,very clean and tidy ,the owner Kate was was a very nice and friendly person the breakfast in the morning was excellent,i would recommend this place

We very much enjoyed our stay with Kate and Tom. Kate was so nice and helpful, the rooms lovely and clean and we appreciated the flowers and water bottles in the room. The guest lounge was wonderful and supplied with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and shortbread. Breakfast was ample and nicely prepared. Thank you for an all too short stay!
