Family trip to try out the axe throwing at the request of our granddaughter. I wasn't sure how I'd fare but thought I'd give it a try. What an amazing time we had. The whole experience was really enjoyable. We were given excellent advice and our instructor was very patient and made the whole experience fun. We are definitely booking the axe throwing again and going to try the clay shooting and archery next time as well. I'd highly recommend this

We had an absolutely amazing day, did clay shooting and archery. Staff were excellent, was like hanging with yer pals but so informative and professional at the same time. As if it wasn't a good enough day there was some super friendly dogs to fawn over. Will definitely be back anytime I'm in Skye.

We booked clay shooting and axe throwing and it did not disappoint!! Matt was our instructor for clay shooting and he was absolutely fantastic. Our daughter Morgan was nervous about shooting, but Matt was patient and explained everything step by step. Seeing Morgan hit her first clay was the best!! Matt was able to give each of us advice based on our previous experience with clay shooting and our personalities/abilities. He was encouraging and funny, and made our experience so much fun.
Next we tried axe throwing with James, who was really great about figuring out each of our individual styles of throwing and helping each of us hit at least one of the targets. My favorite moment was hitting a playing card on a target with an axe - I wasn’t sure that I would be able to do it. It was awesome to see how much each of us improved in a short period of
time.
We learned, we laughed, we had SO much fun. A huge thank you to Matt and all of the instructors at A.C.E. for an incredible experience - we can’t wait to come back again next time we visit Skye! Booking was super easy - a quick email to Matt and he was able to fit us in. I encourage everyone to book early and get ready for an awesome experience at A.C.E.!!

Booked in to do axe throwing with my folks and it was great fun! Instructor was calm and helpful, patient with my mother who really struggled in the beginning! Then nearly fainted when she almost won the game! Would absolutely recommend this experience for anyone looking for a wee something different when they’re on Skye, staff are all lovely and friendly (including the dogs) - 10/10 and will definitely be back on our next trip!

Had an amazing day out at ACE, first time clay pigeon shooting and axe throwing. Instructors Matt and Steve were great, they were serious when they needed to be but also had great banter (the playful and friendly exchange of teasing remarks) and pelters. They said their aim was to have us hitting clays and getting targets for axe throwing and they done that. The friendly dogs were a bonus aswell. Would definitely recommend for a great day out
