Wonderful location, comfortable room, interesting and friendly host, excellent high quality breakfast, Plenty of good quality real coffee.
We were only passing through on the way to Jura, but it was a pleasure in itself, and is convenient for the Jura Passenger Ferry

Room Tip: I recommend the scrambled egg and smoked salmon

Stayed here on business for a few nights. The room was comfortable, quiet and good for working. There are some good places to eat within 5-10mins drive. Breakfast was very good. Nice place to explore Loch Fyne from.

We have just returned from a fantastic weekend at Skookum house. The set up is superb, the rooms are large, very comfortable and very clean. Stuart is a very friendly host and the breakfast is just fantastic. The location is peacefull and just what you need to chill out and relax.

I booked for one night staying at Skookum House whilst visiting the area on business. After a long drive I received a friendly welcome by Stuart and was shown to my room.

The room was super clean and very nicely appointed with a large ensuite and nice roomy shower. Breakfast was ready at the agreed time and was very nice and set me up for the day.

Sadly as I was here for business I did not get the opportunity to explore the area but should I return I know where to stay.

Stayed here in September with my husband, his brother and his girlfriend. Had a beautifull stay. The location is remote buth on the other hand not far from the nearest village.

When you drive up to the house, you're ashtonished by the view. Beautifull house and beautifull rooms. Cosy but spacious. My husband and his brother tried out the pool in the evening and were very happy the could do so!

Everything you need at breakfast.

Friendly welcome, also by the dogs!

Stayed for two weeks and had a fantastic and relaxing time. Immaculate bedroom with large bathroom and must be the best cooked breakfasts on the west coast. Stuart and Kathy are the perfect hosts and make you feel so at home. One tip though take a spoon!

I could not have wished for a better base to visit the Kilmartin Glen. The location is great as it's close to the sights and not far from the main road but still very quiet.
A brand new building with a rather unusual but nice 'Canadian' flair, a well-appointed and spotlessly clean room which also was large enough for me to comfortably handle my luggage (which can be a pain in the frequently small single rooms). Breakfast was very good and ample.

The price was at the top end of what I am generally willing to spend in a b&b, but probably higher due to my staying for only one night.
