Everithing was ok. starting from the confirmation postcard we received at home once we reserved this nice and beautifull B&B. We were welcomed whit a restoring tea and we spent a quite and charming night. Food also very good. Nearby (5 minute walk) there is the only restaurant in wich we had a great dinner. The day after a 45 min walk can drive you to the conic hill from wich you can enjoy the great view of the lomond loch.
Thank you I hope to see you again

Situated literally on the WHW you couldn't ask for a better location if your stopping in Balmaha on your WHW journey.
This bijou B&B is easily found and less than 5 minutes walk from the main twon carpark & the Oaktree Inn. The B&B has stunning views of Loch Lomond, which can be enjoyed either from its welcoming comfortable lounge, or from the well appointed gardens across the lane.
Betty is a charming & relaxed host, who makes you feel welcome straight away...the short bread & tea helped ha ha ha.
Our room (only one of two rooms) was very comfortable & the bathroom plush & modern. The fact tea & coffee facilities were n the lounge is not the B&B norm but it actually meant we relaxed & enjoyed the sunset over the Loch before retiring to bed. Breakfast choices were plenty & well cooked, and was a relaxed affair.
We would definitely go back if we were visiting the area again, and would recommend it to other couples & walkers.

An outstanding b&b: beautifully renovated, quiet, a wonderful location right on the loch, and Betty is the perfect host. The excellent pub for dinner is just a 2 minute walk away. A great startng point for walking the West Highland Way.Highly recommended.

We arrived later than planned and were warmly welcomed in this charming cottage. Excellent breakfast and everything cozy and comfortable. It was 9pm and we still had not had supper and our hosts called to a nearby pub asking them to keep the kitchen open for us. Overall fantastic (and too short!) experience! Lovely view of the Loch from the cottage.

Very nice people and an excellent breakfast. We had a double room and there was an extra bed so I guess you could have been three! The en suite bathroom is small but perfectly formed. Handy for the West Highland Way and for a walk up Ben Lomond or a trip on the Loch. If you must watch TV, you'll need to sit in the separate sitting room/breakfast room (view of the Loch). Don't forget insect repellent for the midges.

Just came back from our trip in Scotland and wanted to just write few reviews.
We stayed at the Passfoot only one night...we could have easily spent there a week as the place is set in a great location. The quality of the room is excellent, the breakfast is great and the location is superb. The owner is very friendly and helpful, always there when needed.
Highly recommended...I will be back when in Scotland again..
