I took a taxi from Tyndrum as I was tired after a long walk. I was welcomed by the host who took me to my single room which was most comfortable. He showed me the communal lounge and explained how to work the DVD etc. There was an Honesty Bar which had beer and soft drinks and in the room there was a TV and coffee making facilities which made excellent coffee. I slept very well and found breakfast a wonderful experience with home produced products and special bacon, and black pudding. Do have some!!!!

All in all this is worth a visit.

We stayed here for just one night, but had the most amazing experience. The hosts Deb and Ian were warm, welcoming and really cool! It was my little sister's birthday and Deb was sweet enough to bake us a scrumptious Victorian sponge cake. We also got a taste of farm life as we fed apples to the ponies, stroked the freshly shaved alpacas' fur, or the lack of it, stole eggs from the chicken coop and played around with three adorable dogs. The place is cutely done up and gives an extremely homely feel. The hosts are ready to help and really make you want to come back again. Ian has a great sense of humour, and I reckon would do amazing stand up comedy!

Ewich House is an absolutely wonderful place to stay if you are traveling near Crianlarich! The hosts, Deb and Ian, are extremely kind and thoughtful and we truly enjoyed having the opportunity to get to know them. The house itself was absolutely beautiful and the rooms were spotless, extremely comfortable, and filled with lovely decoration. It was honestly our favorite stop while in Scotland. The setting itself was idyllic and there were so many animals that it made for a nice escape in the country after having been in the city for a few days. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and made to order. Ian gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner and we are glad we asked him for one so that we didn't end up just stopping at the Best Western down the street. It was truly a delightful stop on our journey and we cannot recommend the Ewich House highly enough. Our only complaint is that we were only able to stay for one night. Spend a night at the Ewich House and you wont be disappointed!

Super friendly hosts, lovely clean room and en suite and superb breakfast. We were away for a week and my husband said the breakfast at Ewich was by far the best he had in all the other b&b's! Excellent, if a little large, meal we had on Ian's recommendation just up the road at the Rod & Reel. If you are in the area - you will love it!

Room Tip: Room 5 was a little small - fine for one night but if you are there for a few days, pay the extra an...

Another excellent stay at Ewich, from the moment you arrive you are made to feel so welcome by Ian & Deb. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds are so comfy. Make sure you have room for their breakfasts as they are legendary, delicious and huge!!! Love the 2 new additions to the 'family' fantastic to watch the red squirrels so close up. Already looking forward to returning later in the year.

Loved the house, the hosts and all the animals. Definitely a place to return to on future visits to the area. Everything was excellent - the rooms, the breakfast with fresh eggs, the welcome, the recommendation for dinner (and the lift to the pub - thank you!). We are fortunate that Deb and Ian have opened their house to visitors.

As a life-time city gal, I cannot describe the thrill that I get when I get face-to-face with farm animals! This B&B has alpacas, Shetland ponies, chickens, and rabbits in the backyard. I'm sure the only folks who are more excited to commune with such animals are the pint-sized variety. The backyard also had a great view of snow-covered mountains in the distance. I wish we spent more than the one night that we did as a pit-stop on our way to the Isle of Skye. The pink room that we chose, #3, was clean, simply decorated, and a decent size - exactly as pictured on their website. The bed was comfortable and included a nice warm down comforter for the chilly night. The bathroom had Body Shop products rather than the mishmosh of products that I've come to expect from B&Bs. The owners make a good breakfast and are very friendly. Definitely a worthy stop for the night on the way to Skye!

Room Tip: If you don't mind the pink theme, room #3 is a decent-sized double.
