I always use Humbles for business lunches & meetings as it is so reliable. The food is always very fresh and the menu is ideal for lunch. The coffee here is great but the highlight for me is always their delicious hot chocolate (served thick). The staff, especially Kelly are always cheerful, friendly and happy to help. It also has tables outside onto Colquhoun Square which is lovely in the warmer months. It's the perfect cafe for lunch.

Popped in here yesterday for a quick bite. I chose the cheese & onion toastie which was nice although the salad was a little sparse as was the coleslaw. cappucino wasnt to nice either you know the kind of cheap coffee that makes you pull a face. Service was ok if a little distant. Even when I left a tip I didnt get so much as a thank you.

Friendly service and you're smiled at or receive a "hello" as soon as you arrive. Menu varied but have noticed the portion size of the filled croissants are getting a little smaller each time.....i.e. the melted gouda cheese used to be covering the croissant but now it's just a bit on top. However, tasty coffee and cosy feel inside and on a wet day in Helensburgh can hide away for ages and have another coffee. Nice atmosphere and plenty of staff, never left waiting too long. Can also recommend the pasta specials. Wish it was open in the evenings.
