Our first holiday with Lochs & Glens but certainly not the last. From start to finish our holiday was first class. Coach, tour driver, hotel, location, room, service, food, excursions, all first class, even the weather was kind to us for the time of year. Don't know how they can do it all for the price we paid. If you are looking for a coaching holiday to Scotland then look no further than Lochs & Glens, they go that little bit further to make your holiday one to remember, no wonder most of the people on our coach had been with them before. We hope to try one of their other hotels later on this year. Thank you everyone at Lochs & Glens and the staff at the Inversnaid Hotel.

Room Tip: Ask for a Loch side view. Rooms next to water fall can be noisy but spectacular view.

Just returned from a wonderful 5 day break to the Inversnaid Hotel. The hotel was clean, staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and the food was always piping hot. Our only gripe was that the bedroom window would not open - but such a minor thing it is almost not worth mentioning. If anyone is thinking about going on a Lochs and Glens holiday to this hotel they can rest assured that they will get a warm welcome.

Introduced to this company through a 2013 Daily Mail travel article and what a find! This company go the extra mile for hospitality and service. Admittedly a long journey from Yeovil(12 hours), but the coach drivers were certainly very good and made the journey enjoyable. The Inversnaid Hotel has a good location on Loch Lomond and a warm welcome right from the start. log fires, helpful and polite staff and nice rooms. The food in the restaurant was of the highest standard and the service impeccable even down to the staff lining up to greet you. We got snowed in the first day, soup and sandwiches provided for 150 people with professional expertise, The included trips to Glasgow and Stirling included a tour of both places provided at three pound per person and proved to be excellent value for money..3star hotel,5star service.

Just returned from a coach trip to the Inversnaid Hotel with Lochs and Glens. We thoroughly enjoyed this short break, from the driver of the coach, the hotel staff, the food and entertainment. We couldn't get out one day due to the bad weather, the road was too icy for the coach to travel on. The hotel supplied us with lunch and even put some entertainment on for us. I hope to travel with Lochs and Glens again in the future. Thank you

I can't review the hotel as did not stay there. However, turned up with family on a very wet day at lunchtime. Although the restaurant was not open we were welcomed into the bar and served homemade soup, large selection of sandwiches, tea, coffee and biscuits all for a very reasonable cost. Service and quality of food was excellent.

We booked this hotel for 5 days, with Loch and Glens, we thoroughly enjoyed from the minute we boarded the coach! The journey was long. The views along the loch's are breathtaking and lots to see, not forgetting the wildlife. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was impressed with the views, along with a hidden gem at the side of the hotel a waterfall, which you can go to the top and see a whole lot more plus across the loch etc....
The hotel staff are an absolute happy bunch of people, all smiling and very welcoming, throughout our entire stay, the room which we stayed in had a view across the loch, which we were impressed with and ok the bathroom could do with an upgrade but was satisfactory. (we hear that this is in the pipeline for 2014/2015)
The food was absolutely fantastic, we have been on a few coach holidays and believe us this was very good food and excellent service from the staff.
Our evening entertainment was also good with various artist on each evening along with with a game of yes ......... you guest it Bingo!
The coach tours were ok, especially to Glasgow amazing city with impressive buildings, and also Stirling Castle and other locations along the route.

Now the downside....... waiting for 9pm entertainment to start, to long to wait for, everyone was just waiting and waiting................. could do with starting at 8 pm

We look forward to booking another with Loch and Glens again.

Room Tip: Rooms to the front as they are all views of the Loch beautiful and breathtaking views across the oth...

We came here for a week and were lucky to have hot weather which I am sure added to the charm of the Hotel. We stayed in a lovely room overlooking the Loch. We found the bathroom and the beds to be comfortable and clean and the room was well presented. The meals are taken with military fashion which might seem strange if your used to a more relaxed style of dining but for a Hotel that is solely catering for organised trips it is the best option and it works. The food is probably catering for the older guest but is perfectly nice food even though you are limited in your choice if you here a week. The staff were all lovely and made you feel welcome. A well run hotel with good staff.
