“Great chips...”
Reviewed 9 July 2014

Stopped here for lunch and sat out in the beer garden.

Lovely lunch in the sunshine with a special mention for the fantastic home made chips. Good value with a good choice on the menu to suit most tastes.

Recommended.

“Such a good meal”
Reviewed 6 July 2014

I arranged previously for 14 friends, who had travelled to Killin to explore Ben Lawers, to meet for dinner at this hotel where I was staying. I t was such a good night with superb food and such friendly staff. In fact my friends elected to return the following night because they had all enjoyed the meal so much and we were not disappointed. The waitress that night was a tonic. She made sure that all orders were correct with such a nice cheerful manner.

“first class pint”
Reviewed 1 July 2014

This is an old pub/hotel which has been transformed. While on this occasion we only had a bar lunch because we had the dog with us, we have stayed here and dined here before. our welcome was genuine and we were offered seating outside overlooking the river, if we wished or in the bar. The dog was provided with water in a bowl situated inside the door. The meal was well presented, delicious and reasonable priced. I would go back again and again..........

“Good facilities and food close to the Golf Course”
Reviewed 29 June 2014

Food and facilities good but ongoing extensive construction work just across the road disrupts day-time ambiance at present. Very handy for the golf course and backs onto the river Lochy at the entrance to Glen Lochy so good base for golf, walking and fishing etc. Can be noisy later at night with functions and revelry in the bars so room choice benefits from careful consideration and may not suit those looking for peace and quiet in the evenings.
