Another great new year break with friends and that includes Bob and Amanda plus all the staff, and dogs. Great food lovely setting, peace and relaxation. No wi-fi but who needs it on holiday. They can't guarantee the weather only a good time.

Room Tip: Room number five as the river lulls you to sleep.

We really loved this place, Nice location, superb food & very well presented, attentive & friendly staff. Room clean, nicely decorated and rather on the large side. No WiFi in room, but works ok in the lounge.

We are delighted that you enjoyed your recent stay with us and thank you for taking the time to put a review on Trip Advisor. We find that most of our guests are happy with the free provision of WIFI in our Lounge as indeed you were, as it provides the connectivitiy if needed and the opportunity to 'get away from it all'. We hope to see you again soon.

Myself and my girlfriend stayed at the Bridge of Lochay hotel recently and found my stay to be just what the doctor ordered. The food was great, I recommend the steak pie, and the staff were all excellent. We stayed just before Christmas and the hotel was beautiful decorated for the occasion. The hotel owners were both charming and incredibly knowledgeable about the surrounding area. I highly recommend the Bridge of Lochay if you are looking for a hotel in the Killin area. I found it to be splendid.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Bridge of Lochay Hotel! We'd booked in for one night and ended up staying another. We didn't want to leave and would have stayed longer if our itinerary allowed (out teenage daughter wanted to adjust our holiday to stay at least a week)! Both owners and staff were super-friendly and made us feel really welcome and at home. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was genuinely lovely.
We are a family of four and enjoyed cosy evenings in front of the fire playing board games before dinner in the restaurant each night. Breakfast and dinner was beautiful each day, with servings large enough to more than satisfy even growing teenagers!
We were only in Scotland for a few days and our stay at the hotel made our Scottish experience truly memorable and special - we would definitely recommend it!

Booked the hotel with my partner, for a single night (Saturday) as i wanted to do a couple of Munro's nearby over the weekend. After the poor weather, i arrived after doing the 1st hill on Saturday and the staff were very accomodating when i asked if there was a "wet room" to dry my mountain gear. Nothing was too much trouble and my gear was put into the boiler room until the morning. Had a few pints in the bar then went through to the lounge area to use the laptop. WiFi was good. Ordered tea and i can say the food was excellent. Breakfast was also excellent in the morning. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was excellent! very clean and tidy. Would i stay there again? Yes, recommended to anyone that asks me where to stay in Killin in future.

we chose this hotel for our 2 day break because it was dog friendly, we were not disappointed, dogs were allowed almost anywhere (except restaurant and breakfast room), great when you want to eat in the bar but not leave dogs in the room.

A cheery welcome on arrival, quick tour of the hotel then shown to our room which was pretty spacious, clean, good quality and had a double bed as well as a single bed. Surprisingly for a hotel, the shower was very powerful, great for a long shower after a wet dog walk.

We ate in both nights, once in the bar and once in the restaurant, same food in each - always excellent quality and huge portions. All the staff without exception were cheery, friendly and professional, simply faultless.

My only tiny gripe is that WIFI was only available in the public areas, not in the rooms (well not in our room anyway), a minor issue for 2 nights but I suspect it may well be an issue for a longer stay.

All in, a great hotel, good value and I would certainly go back again.

Room Tip: We had room 8 (I think), a bit of a walk from the reception but a big spacious room with a good show...

Many thanks for taking the time to put your review of your recent stay with us on Trip Advisor. It is much appreciated as we know how valuable our guest's feedback is to future guests and to allow us to see areas where we can improve. We have considered making our Wifi available throughout the hotel but the nature of the building would make this a very expensive investment and one which to date we decided not to do as guests seem to be happy with the Free Wifi access in the Lounge - we will continue to monitor this though. Unfortunately the works across the road are out of our control but the noisy elements will be finished soon I believe and at least they do not work at the weekends. We look forward to seeing you again soon. Bridge of Lochay Team.
