“A home away from home”
Reviewed 26 July 2017 for a stay in July 2017

Ros & Ash, we can't thank you enough for an incredible stay in your beautiful cottage!! You have literally thought of everything one might need, from citronella candles, various kitchen utensils, to slippers and a nightgown! We loved the decor and cabin, and the area is exquisite! Thank you for going out your way to help us with the music too :) We will 100% be back in the near future!!

“Great for young families”
Reviewed 21 July 2017 for a stay in July 2017

Your kids will love this lodge, I was a bit nervous about booking as many of the reviews were from people without kids but I needn't have worried, the lodge is family friendly. Mine are 2 and 5, the deck is completely enclosed meaning you can be inside and no one can escape, and the hot tub cover can be locked. The kids enjoyed the novelty of their own bathroom, it was well equipped with cleaning products, tea, coffee (instant and plunger) and cooking oil.The washing machine means you don't have to bring lots of kids clothes. For my sanity I moved any object that looked easily breakable or could be used to damage something else (I'm looking at you ornamental deer) into the wardrobes, the lodge may have been less pretty but I was less stressed. The owners were very helpful and kind. There are pamphlets about he area in the house and a variety of board games mostly aimed at older kids and adults eg scrabble, trivial pursuit, but we enjoyed dominos and noughts and crosses. There is lots to do in the area, steamship rides, walks picnic spots, hire bikes and many nice cafes for lunch. If the weather doesn't turn out well no matter everyone loves a hot tub.

“As good as it looks, if not better!”
Reviewed 20 July 2017 for a stay in June 2017

If you're looking for a warm, cosy cabin in a stunning location, then this is the choice for you. All outfitted with modern amenities and a hot tub, this cabin is perfect for couples or friends looking to get away from city life for a while or also small families keen on exploring the beautiful natural reserve surrounding it. The man who runs the park provided us with a detailed information list prior to arrival regarding how everything worked in the cabin, and was very helpful with any requests we had. Don't miss the opportunity to bathe in a hot tub with a vew of the Scottish wildlife/landscape, truly mesmerising. We only stayed for two nights, but highly regret not having booked longer - highly recommended!

Stayed in this lodge for 2 nights and it was the most beautiful place. First thing I noticed is how big the place is and the view is beautiful. The lodge was immaculate and very modern and had everything u need! The jacuzzi was the best and I would recommend this place to everyone! Will definitely be returning

“Luxury cabin in glorious area.”
Reviewed 15 June 2017 for a stay in June 2017

This cabin is situated in some of the most beautiful landscapes your are likely to see lying about 20 miles north of Callander and is in a very quiet location with some other cabins and a small caravan site . There are two restaurants nearby although the facilities at the cabin are so good we didn't use them. An excellent barbecue and hot tub on the outside deck together with a luxurious indoors make this cabin
a great choice for a break in the Trossachs.

“2 night break”
Reviewed 13 June 2017 for a stay in May 2017

Amazing log cabins not far from Glasgow. The log cabins were immaculate and designed and decorated to a very high standard I loved the cosy but modern interior. We went as a couple with our two dogs for a couple of nights and wished it was longer, we enjoyed the lovely walks close to the cabins and then coming back to jump in the amazing spacious hot tub! ros was brilliant at keeping in touch and then we were welcomed by Ashley who advised us on local walks, shops etc, aswell as lending us his personal hard drive so we could listen to music on the sonos. We will be back hopefully sooner than later. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.
