Beautiful! Decor is modern with classic Scottish charm. Wish we had longer to stay. The shower was a bit hard to get used to as was really just a tub with hand held shower head, but amazing for a bath with a wee window that had you looking over the country side. Bliss!

we were recommended this hotel in Fort Augustus and had never heard of Luss before. Well worth the stop in this lovely tranquil village and thoroughly recommend the Hotel.
A very comfortable hotel in a picturesque village with free parking, friendly and helpful staff, sizeable clean and comfy rooms with a great shower and a good restaurant serving excellent fare.
A 3 minute stroll to the quaint cottages down to the Loch, a quiet and relaxing stay

Our accommodations in the beautiful picturesque village of Luss was lovely. We were situation on the main floor which was perfect for us. Our room was well appointed and spotless however it was quite warm. During the course of the evening and night we were able to get some cool breeze through the open window which helped us to sleep. The room was a great size, well appointed an excellent bathroom with shower.
The pub was cozy and comfortable and the staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Our dinner in the restaurant was delicious. We had a light breakfast in the morning (our choice) which was good.
We also had a lovely walk around the village of Luss and enjoyed it thoroughly. We certainly would choose to stay in this hotel again but hopefully for a little longer.

The hotel was a great starting point after a long flight into Glasgow Airport. Situated in the picturesque Luss on the shores of Loch Lomond we were able to enjoy short country walks to clear away the memories of work and flying. The hotel was lovely and we were accommodated in a new extension in a room that was clean and well appointed. Parking was plentiful. The bar was small but cosy and the evening meal was of good quality in a traditional setting. Breakfast was a delight, very generous with plenty of choice and local produce. Fresh fruits, cheeses, yoghurts were a great start. The vegetarian options were imaginative and very tasty. Staff were friendly and attentive.

My daughter and son-in-law got married at the Loch Lomond Arms Hotel last Saturday. What a perfect day from start to finish! I cannot commend this hotel and the staff highly enough. Staff - every member of staff from early on the Saturday morning until we left on Sunday lunchtime were attentive, helpful and polite. Wedding Organisation - this was perfect. The room was beautifully decorated and the tables laid out and decorated as requested. Meal - the food and service were fantastic. Rooms - we had the pleasure of sampling one of the bridal rooms. It was luxurious!! Outside and inside facilities - excellent for the wedding. Wedding Venue building - prefect with onsite toilets and bar. It seems unfair to single out one person when everyone was so excellent but I'm afraid I must. Val, Rhona's wedding planner, was extra special. Throughout the day she was quietly there, sometimes helping things along, sometimes in the background, ensuring that everything went according to the happy couple's requests. An amazing lady - thank you so much for making their day so perfect. The whole day felt very personal and centred around my daughter and son-in-law. (This is often not the case in larger establishments) A huge thank you to all at the Loch Lomond Arms Hotel for a wonderful day.

Booked a meal in this hotel whilst visiting the area. The food was of a good standard but the service was very very slow. We had to ask for everything and it all seemed a bit disorganised which really spoiled the occasion. Other diners were experiencing the same problems. Not good when the prices paid were quite expensive to say you are eating in a bar area.
To end on a positive the food as I said was good and well presented. It was clear that the chef aims to provide well thought out meals. The bar itself is well stocked with many draft beers and lagers.
Bit disappointed as this could of been a much better experience however if I am in the area again I probably would give it another try.

Room Tip: Plan plenty of time for your meal

We were greeted by the most amazing view of a Rainbow from our bedroom window - a sure sign things were going to be excellent. The hotel staff were all very pleasant and happy to help with our needs. We were there for a family wedding and the venue was wonderful. They gave us a private room for the evening so that we could all eat together and talk through fine details for the big day. James the meeter and greeter was also the piper for the wedding (Well done James)The wedding went beautifully being quietly guided by the staff and we had a fabulous time trying to do Scottish Dancing............

Lets get back to the hotel ...the décor is lovely with traditional flagged floors, old mixed up worn tables and big floppy sofas all make for a cosy bar/dining area the colour scheme is just what I like. There are tables and chairs outside to soak up the Scottish sunshine too (yes we had some).
Our bedroom was in the attic ( I love an attic room) done in William Morris prints with the odd touch of tartan it was very cosy/clean/perfect. Other members of the family were in an annexe block which was equally lovely. Clean and crisp neat tidy and a lovely new, well it seemed to be, lovely furnishings in shabby chic style with soft checked woollen blankets and cushions.

The food was pretty good too all in all a fantastic time was had and we will most definitely return to the bonny bonny banks of Loch Lomond.

Room Tip: the attic room was a bit on the warm side so maybe request the annexe or a lower level room
