1 br inside house and 1 br in a shepherds "trailer". each has bathroom. ALL B&Bs along WHW have strict checkin time. Do not show up early. The sign is on the way since this B&B is a hundred yeards off WHW.

Room Tip: choose the room inside the main house.

A night in The Suite at The Shepherd's House was a delightful stop on our trip hiking the West Highlands Way. Beautiful homely decor, excellent amenities and everything was clean and comfortable. We even had our own little lounge and dining room! Chris is a friendly and accommodating host who makes delicious scotch broth (served with fresh bread, cheese and oaten crackers) - make sure you book the extra supper option! Thank you for a memorable stay.

Ahead of a 19 mile hike to The Droves Inn (the WORST Inn/hotel in Scotland) I had the privilege of staying at the best B&B..,anywhere! The Drovers should come for a visit, as everything that was right about Shepherds was wrong st the Drovers.

Chris, you are lost to the B&B world - call the Hilton...they need you!

After a long walk along the WHW the shperds house was the best we could ask for. the hut was very charming and had everything we needed. The eveninng meal that we booked in advance was very very good!!! also the breakfast basket is great.

We had a one night stay during our West Highland Way walk. Located about 5kms outside Rowardennan.

We had a room upstairs with an ensuite called The Shepherds Room. Really clean, quiet and comfortable. We had a nice sitting area downstairs where we also had breakfast and dinner.
There was also an option of staying in a little cabin located in the garden. Super cute as well.

Chris was really lovely and super organised! I do love organised people .-)

We had ordered the walkers supper (as there are no restaurants within walking distance) and it was just lovely. Homemade Scotch broth, hot chocolate, cheese and crackers, and cake and a lovely breakfast of porridge and home made yoghurt.

Would absolutely recommend this B&B!
