Excellent property and location, nice, clean and a great wee family stay.

Will 100% be back, oh....and the dog feels at home. Next door to the slanj bar/restaurant which is excellent too. Plenty nice walks nearby too

“WE WOULD DEFINTELY STAY HERE AGAIN”
Reviewed 23 June 2017 for a stay in June 2017

We stayed here for 4 nights with another couple, we had a lovely time, couldn't fault the location or the amenities in the cottage, there was plenty of space and everything we could think of was here, plenty of crockery, chairs, cupboards space in bedrooms. we all loved it here. it was central to every where we wanted to visit, we had agreed we didn't want to spend longer then an hour driving to places. from here we visited stirling castle, a distillery, Drovers inn - a must see, loch Katrine, the hill house (national trust), inveraray castle (beautiful inside and out), luss, (water) falls of dochart, also fairly nearby is a tiny place called 'rest and be thankful' just a view point on a hill with the reason why it has this name on a stone way-marker. although we did and saw a lot during our stay it was relaxing and peaceful due to the quiet location of the cottage

“Lovely accomodation well situated for exploring”
Reviewed 9 May 2017 for a stay in April 2017

Had a lovely time here - The property was lovely and spacious. We used the BBQ most evenings. The property is just a few minutes walk from the Loch and is ideally situated for exploring the area which is beautiful. We were very lucky with the weather and so had very little rain.

Lovely place - recommended.

“Great place warm and cosy”
Reviewed 6 March 2017 for a stay in March 2017

5 males on a walking trip had a great stay here. The cottage is well equipped, comfortable beds and seating, an excellent kitchen and a very efficient heating system.
Plenty of parking, next to the railway station and about 200m from the pub/restaurant.

Everything was in excellent condition and the owners were very helpful when we had a couple of minor glitches.

“Great Cottage and location”

Family of 6 adults plus 1 baby and 2 dogs. Despite the weather being awful, we really enjoyed our stay at Ben Lomond Cottage. The cottage itself was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Kitchen was well equipted and the wine and shortbread on our arrival was a very nice touch. Baby's cot was in excellent condition and the 2 dogs had plenty space to roam about in the back yard area (although this was limited due to bad weather). We all agreed we would return to this cottage again, the only slight negative was that we were unaware that check out time was 10am (this is not clear when booking), and although we were pretty much ready to leave there was still last minute things to pack up. We felt that the person who arrived to clean the cottage put us under pressure and watched over us whilst we ran around mad trying to remember everything but apart from that everything else was good.
