Went there for a meal with our four offspring - to celebrate our eldest son's 23rd birthday but also say farewell as he was off to Tailand for a year. Also had our younger children aged 2, 4 and 10 for a 7.30pm booking. We waited - 8pm drinks arrived - we asked if we could order starters with drinks as the younger children were getting tired and hungry - were told they would take the order straight away - they didn't - children getting bored and tired- 8.30 prawn crackers arrived had to ask twice why delay - no response - starters arrived 9.10pm [two soups and a spring roll] with the smaller childrens' fried rice, which they were now to hungry to eat so was wasted - at this point decided to have the main courses as a take away as couldn't really wait another hour or so for main courses. Wife and children went home whilst I waited for the main courses - now a takeaway - to arrive. 9.40pm takeaway maincourses arrived which we ate at 10pm in our own kitchen. It wasn't busy, no explanation, apology, or any semblance of empathy offered - very poor and won't go back.
