We were very pleased with our accomodations. There were 9 of us in 2 different units. There were only 2 problems. One room (710) had terrible wifi connection until the second to last day of the trip. The other problem, beyond the control of Stay Alfred was that the front door call box in the front of the building wasn't working and we were only issued 2 key cards per room. We could only access the floor we were staying on and as our rooms were on 2 different floors it was very difficult to go to the other group's room. Also, we could only enter the building with a key card so we had to make sure we traveled in groups to get into the building. Usually there was a doorman around so it wasn't a problem, but until we settled in it was a hassle.
Otherwise, we were extremely pleased with our rooms and the service from the people who worked at the building.
The apt was roomy, well stocked. Quiet and beautifully decorated. We will definitely stay again. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The rooftop wasn't the greatest. I expected more for such an exquisite building. Parking was easy,at times was practically full. But I was able to find a spot.
The apartment was nice and clean when we arrived. One of the cabinets was broken, but other than that it was good. Centrally located in downtown Memphis, which made it easy to walk everywhere and not have to worry about parking.
