Every year I have a ritual with my daughter where as I drive her to camp 11 hours away we stop at this hotel and eat at the Benihana across the street.

However it is disappoint for a full service hilton. It is a very busy place and as a result the elevators are crowded and check in can take a whole.

Also the executive lounge doesn't really offer anything if substance and drinks are full price there.

Given the price it is not a good deal, although I usually pay with Hilton points.

Overall the stay was average. I have stayed at the Hilton before in Atlanta, GA and in Manhattan, NY and the experience in Memphis, TN was just okay. Nothing to brag about compared to the service, value and quality of the previous cities. We had to request housekeeping the third day. The bath tub drains were slow.

Every room seems to have a view of the pond and the geese that live there with very large, picture windows. Every staff member was friendly, courteous and went out of their way to meet all my needs. I hope I have an opportunity to stay here again.

Room Tip: Every room has a great view!

The food, service, and hotel visit was great. I love salmon. The Salmon dinner with vegetables was great. The hotel staff always greeted you with a smile and were very helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again

We stayed on a stopover and were given a room literally in the basement. We were level with the fountain, on the same floor as the restaurant. We had to go down from the lobby. The room was very damp to the point that my son thought the bed was wet. The bathroom had an open hole in the ceiling. The mirror's finish was coming off in spots and the water in the bathtub didn't drain properly. The room overall appeared to be clean but the feeling of dampness made me feel like it was dirty. Perhaps the rooms on higher floors are nicer but my first impression in this room was not favorable and we would likely not stay here again. If they try to put you on level P ask for a different room!!
