An excellent experience from check in to check out. A very personable experience with staff which made us feel at home. Highlights included: comfortable king size bed, complimentary drink on arrival, bed turn down service with chocolates and port, amazing views from Terrace Bar of the Mississippi River with an impressive drink selection, big fluffy white towels, and a impressive complimentary breakfast menu.
This was one memorable stay and we look forward to an opportunity to stay again.

Excellent, personable, friendly staff including in the hotel and bar. Beautiful rooms with a fantastic view at sunset. Very clean and well kept, as well as quaint with character. A cute little area for reading and sipping tea. I loved this place the moment I stepped in. The locals love it too! (We made friends with the locals at the bar). Food in the bar also fantastic! Cannot fault this place. Well done!

I stayed here for my mothers birthday trip on 11/24 and it was a wonderful experience. All the small extras make you feel like a VIP and the area makes you feel like you are not in downtown Memphis. I wish we had stayed here two nights and not moved to a hotel closer to Graceland on Sunday. Also, Paulette's said casual/business, but most people were dressed nicely and not many jeans. I would definitely go back!

Beautifully appointed boutique hotel in Harbor Town which is away from Downtown but only a 10 minute cab ride away, or a short walk over the bridge to the Trolley. The view of the Mississippi is spectacular and you can walk along it for miles.

The rooms are great, staff extremely helpful and friendly and they serve a good breakfast.

Only negatives are:

# each morning at 5.30 a huge dumpster truck arrived right outside our window to collect the garbage

# they are very mean about replacing toiletries.

Room Tip: Avoid room 225 until they sort out the garbage collection!

Can't say enough good things about this charming small boutique hotel! From the welcome wine or champagne to the turn down service port and chocolates-no detail is overlooked. The location is so picture-perfect quaint, with a beautiful view of the river. Everyone on staff was exceptional from our darling waitress at the Terrace to the accommodating head of housekeeping who took us on a small tour of the other room options the Inn offers.
We stumbled on Dining Downtown week in Memphis which spoiled us from ever leaving the hotel from dinner. We ended up dining at Paulettes both nights and were not disappointed. Delicious!
Breakfast was also delightful and the fact that a "menu-ordered" breakfast was included just added to the whole great experience.
If there was any small criticism -it was that our room was indeed very small. But decorated nicely and we had a nice view so that made up for the fact that we had to navigate around the armoire "single-file"!
We don't have any immediate plans to return to Memphis but we had such a great time at the Harbor Inn we may go just to stay there again!

Room Tip: The Housekeeper mentioned that the rooms on the side by Tugs restaurant tended to be a bit larger.
