This is how woodland should be managed! Paths well laid out and well signposted. Good and varied bird life.

It's a very nice walk but it is very steep in places also the steps are very dated in places and need new antislip... ideal if that's your thing but for us with small children a bit of a struggle prob 5 stars for hikers but not amazingly family friendly still really enjoyed the falls well worth a few pictures

You must, MUST, be prepared for a strenuous hike, and do some research. Some of the previous reviewers seem to have been very 'caught out'. These falls are just part of a major system in the area, well worth repeat visits (we still find magnificent spots). Oh - do bear in mind that you can start from other places than the (remote) pay car parks ...

Totally unfit the wife and I did this walk on Monday. It was exhilarating, wonderful and I will admit tiring.
The best time to go is just after a spell of wet weather as this is when the waterfalls are there best.
Keep to the designated footpath and keep an eye out for the dippers and flycatchers which frequent these areas. I can't recommend this walk highly enough.
Don't forget your £4 in change for the car park and please remember to take all your valuables out of the car as you don't want any nasty surprises when you return to it.

Stunning views, lead to a beautiful walk. We only walked to the one waterfall as we didn't realise it was so big. Next time I would make sure I was better prepared and do the whole walk.
