We booked last minute and were more than delighted with what we had found.
Nothing was too much trouble for Lyn and Bill including the early morning breakfast that they offered us which was very kind of them and most appreciated.
I cannot recommend this place highly enough and have already handed a card to a a friend who is looking for a short break in Wales.
Thanks to Bills local info we were able to see a pod of Dolphins in the Bay at Newquay which was amazing.
Thanks you both so much we will return to your wonderful B AND B as we wish to explore the area so much more . Rachel and Martin Pratt

Booked this establishment after reading previous reviews.Unfortunately our schedule prevented us staying more than a day.
The whole experience from arrival far exceeded our expectation.Excellent value for money, spotlessly clean rooms and accommodation generally looked pristine for a B and B venue.
Greeted on arrival by Bill with a pot of tea,Welsh Bara Brith and background accompaniment DVD of local attractions and when Lynn arrived she was equally welcoming.
All in all a very pleasant experience and good to visit somewhere where the people took a pride and personal interest in ensuring our stay was the best possible
We will be back and would have no reservations whatsoever in giving a top dollar rating.

Room Tip: We chose the Cardigan Bay room(sea view) but the proprietor later showed us other rooms as well whic...

This was our first experience staying at the Merwerydd BB and it definitely wont be our last!

Our Daughter had initially booked the room for us and was praising the lady she had spoken to on the phone of how friendly she was.
On arriving at the Guest House Me and My wIfe were greeted with Tea and Bara Brith Cake! which was lovely!

Room was lovely and very clean with a beautiful view!
Breakfast was delicious! No complaints at all

Thank You very Much for your hospitality Lynn & Bill and see you soon!

We stayed there recently for a couple of of nights. From the moment you set foot in Merwerydd you immediately feel welcomed with a tea and cake. Rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast is top quality and the portions are very well balanced which makes it a very satisfying breakfast. Home made bread and jams on the table is a very nice touch. Owners are lovely, nice, welcoming and warm people which makes you feel as if you are visiting family friends.

Stayed here for one night with my wife as part of a short break in West/North Wales. What a nice place to stay, the owners are friendly and helpful, rooms clean and tidy and the breakfast was great. They benefit from the most fantastic view over the sea that adds a lot to the overall experience, will defiantly be coming again.
