“Beautiful!”
Reviewed 9 May 2014 via mobile

Just a beautiful, lovely place to be. We had no problems parking but we just parked along the main road. Make sure you have sensible shoes if you want to make the most of the place. When we went there was some sort of fun day on which we didn't know about, and was a shame really as we took no cash so couldn't let the kids go on the bouncy castle. There was rubber duck races down the stream which were great. Take a Picnic, enjoy the fresh air and take in your surroundings. I love this place. Cafe is expensive!

“Loggerheads”
Reviewed 6 May 2014

Having read previous reviews about parking at Loggerheads I was a little concerned that going on Bank Holiday Monday we'd struggle. This might have been the case as the Scouts, mountain rescue and others were there doing a fundraiser, however the Army was there (as part of the event) directing traffic up the road to a nearby Farmer's field and subsequently directing traffic back on to the main road, very well organised. Parking itself in the car park is very reasonably priced. Lovely walk along the riverside and to the gorge and cliff. Plenty of benches to eat your picnics at, facilities ok too. Cafe was doing a roaring trade. Lovely place will visit again.

“Great little Park and café”
Reviewed 20 April 2014 via mobile

Great Park and great little cafe serving quality food at a reasonable price.

A two hour leisurely stroll up and down the hill with small children then stop for a picnic in the garden area.

Great for a morning or afternoon

“Lovely place but difficulty parking”
Reviewed 19 April 2014 via mobile

Loggerheads is a great place for a nice stroll and ideal to walk the dogs. Parking charge is very reasonable. It cost from 50p for 2 hours. The only thing what I found difficult was parking but I suppose it was because of the bank holiday weekend. I also found it difficult to drive out as cars parked on the side made it difficult for cars coming in and leaving the park. It left little room to try get round other cars and caused a disgruntlement with myself and another driver. I think on busy days like the bank holiday a parking attendant is necessary.
