We stayed for a long weekend and wished we had more time. Will come back again as the views from the house are stunning and there is so much to do right from the door, exploring the mountains and woods behind. Watching the ever changing estuary was delightful with all the bird life and we walked across the toll bridge to the pub for an evening meal. The Mawddach cycle track to Barmouth and its glorious expanse of sandy beaches is marvelous and we had lunch in one of the great harbour side cafes. We tired out the off road bike tracks at Coed y Brennin...the Beast was a bit much. The house was homely with everything we needed and we enjoyed the table football! Didn't fit Snowdon in; on our list for next time.
