Stayed at this hotel for two nights late june 2012.Had a very nice room(10) two floors up which overlooked the coast line for miles including the Castle. We were on a bed and breakfast deal, plenty of choice with the good breakfasts. The property was nice and clean and the owners and staff were very pleasant,In cricceth itself there is a good fish and chip shop and opposite an Ice cream bar, what more could you wan't.

Hotel looked a little run down from out side, but nice gorgian building and perfectly clean. Had a very dated and small on suit stuck in the corner of the room. Nice sofa to look out of the big bay window over the sea towards the castle, breath taking views. Breakfast was wonderful in a equally wonderful dining room, and service was top noch!

Convenient hotel for a one night stay. As the room did not have a toilet in it we would not spend more than a night there. Views superb and breakfast very good too.

What a fantastic place to stay. Victorian elegance combined with all mod cons. The beautiful dining room has a large bay window with panoramic sea views and there is a cosy lounge and bar plus a lovely little south facing conservatory which is an absolute sun-trap. Our stylish bedroom was well appointed and had an en-suite shower room. The whole place was clean and fresh with a homely atmosphere

And now to the important bit - the food. For breakfast there is good selection of juice, fruit, muesli, cereals and toast, plus, if your waistline doesn't matter, have one of Nick.s traditional breakfasts which are grilled to perfection. We opted to have our evening meals at the hotel and were not disappointed - home cooked fare with fresh vegetables. The couple who run the hotel, Leisha and Nick, have worked hard to bring the establishment up to the present standard and they are obviously endeavouring to improve it even further. This was our first stay at the Bodlondeb and we were most impressed. We will be returning.

This was our first visit to Criccieth for nearly twenty years and the place has a timeless charm and remains unchanged and unspoiled with no garish attractions that can be found in some seaside resorts. It really is a lovely place to visit any time of the year.
