The thing that struck us was the amazing sea views from the living room on the first floor - that and the really great quality of the rooms -- just the right balance. There was loads of different spaces for a big group to get together, everyone could get together in the first floor, then other areas elsewhere.
It is the best holiday home we've stayed in, beautifully decorated and feels like something out of a homes magazine. Amazingly well equipped.

I hadn't seen the photos of the property before I stayed here and I was not expecting what I found. The house is amazing, beautifully decorated with as much attention to detail and thoughtfulness as you would give to your own home, and immaculately clean. The house immediately makes you feel welcome and everything you can think of has been provided. There are various sized bedrooms with on-suites in every room, and even bunk rooms atatched to two of the main rooms so parents get a bit of privacy. There is even a small room downstairs for the kids to play in and the beds are so comfortable!!! The location is ideal for the beach (just yards away), and is perfectly situated for some great days out in Snowdonia, or if you have to stay indoors, the house has everything you need for family entertainment as well as stunning views of the beach/sea and Criccieth castle. The only downside to the weekend was having to leave.
