What a fabulous property, spotlessly clean, with every amenity you could ever want, A large Family Holiday with 4 generations from age3 to 88 each and every one of us had a wonderful time. The kitchen was superbly equipped and what a joy to have all the family (17 of us) able to sit down to meals around the massive dinning table. I cannot praise this property or the location enough, great beach and the castle for the younger ones to run and play right on the doorstep not to mention the great chip shop & ice cream parlour in the town and views over the bay fantastic!!!!
Great holiday

We were the first 3 of 10 guests to arrive and as soon as we walked in on of us said 'I want to live here.' It is clean, spacious and tastefully decorated with lots of DVDs, books and games available. There is even a pool table.
There are two lounges for relaxing and each of the 7 bedrooms has en suite facilities. Two of them have bunk bed annexes for young families. Clean and bright we could not fault this exciting find.
In addition thee is a good view of the sea as it is situated on the marine parade and there are plenty of interesting places nearby including Portmadoc and Abersoc.
Even the parking is easy.

The house is large, fresh, clean and very well equipped. It is very much like a home, lots of books, DVDs, games. We were 3 families (13 in all), and the house suited us all very well. I think the house would accomodate 14 adults and 4 small child comfortably. Lovely big dining table and plenty of plates and glasses etc. The house is on four floors so we put the fit teenagers on the top floor, but there is a double bedroom on the second floor. The sea view bedrooms are on the third floor and fourth floor with the bunkbeds (family rooms) attached. All rooms had attached bath/shower rooms.

The smaller lounge is visable from the kitchen so great if you have smaller children.

View from the lounge is wonderful, constantly changing. We were only there for a weekend, but house very set up with washing machines and a utility/wet room if you stay for longer.

Cricceth was a good base to visit Snowdonia and the coast, and about 50 mins from Zip World!

Hopefully we will be able to book again, but I think this house will prove very popular!

Fabulous setting right on the seafront and easy to park.
Once inside we started to explore. Room after room of well thought out ideas and amazing decor. Stylish throughout in a lovely homely way!
Super clean, even in those difficult areas.
Very spacious even for 18 people.
Perfect for a break away!

Absolutely marvellous house, decorated and furnished to the best standards, everything you could want is provided and all excellent. Beds comfortable, settees plentiful and cosy, decor extremely tasteful and kitchen equipment to the highest standards. Great holiday with the extended family, in a wonderful location.

Absolutely perfect for big group. Everything thought of. Beautiful decor, very luxurious, spacious and immaculately presented. Superb location as right on the sea front. Can't wait to visit again.
