Restaurant was a little cramped but they squeezed us in even though we hadn't booked. Service was efficient and the food was very tasty. Staff were very friendly especially the second time we went there.

This is our local curry house. Time after time we give it ‘another chance’. Tonight was their last chance. We ordered Tandoori King Prawns which were overloaded with food colouring and King Prawn Sag Walla which was bland. These weren’t cheap meals and neither is particularly taxing for the chef. How can they justify charging £1 for a poppadum? The service was disorganised and bordering on rude. We didn’t leave a tip.

We went here for a nice curry on a Sunday night and we were sorely disappointed.

From the 'Oriental Starters' list I chose the prawn puri, it was greasy and lacked flavour.

For mains I had Chicken Rogan Balti, I wasn't sure what to expect from the title as it covered two different types of curry. It was supposed to be medium spiced but it wasn't even mildly-spiced. Again it lacked flavour and I could only taste tomatoes and ghee. The pilau rice was the most luminous orange colour I have ever seen and was overcooked.

My other half had Jalfrezi and again found it a bit tasteless and greasy. His Naan was ok but not great. We left over half of what we ordered as we really didn't enjoy it.

Service was attentive but we were the only people in so I guess it would have been really bad if the service wasn;t good..

I wouldn't recommend this place if you are looking for a tasty Indian. Save your money and find somewhere else.
