Easy access for us to this popular Dolgellau attraction because we were staying in a holiday cottage a few hundred yards from the top end. A thoroughly pleasant walk through fragrant woods, though views of the various small-scale falls were disappointingly few and far between. Best done in spring, I'd suggest, when the bluebells are out. Restoration of the path has taken place recently, and received a mixed reaction from locals, but to us the work appeared unobtrusive. There is one steep, if short, pull on the return climb along the opposite bank. Steps are involved - understandably so - therefore the Torrent Walk is extremely difficult to access for the less mobile. Done and dusted inside an hour.
