“An Absolutely Amazing Experience, Beautiful set up, hospitality and service”
Reviewed 27 April 2014 for a stay in April 2014

This was the first time that we have stayed at Brynygwin Isaf, It was an absolute delight, It has to be one of the best places that we have stayed at. The place is suitable for large families, with excellent amenities, service and the owner (Gilbert) could not have been more helpful, with detailed maps and guides on local walks, attractions, transport, he was never to busy to advice us on our stay. He was very polite and considerate and there isn't enough space here to praise him enough.
The flat (if you can call it that, it was huge, with so much space, was excellent for a large family, large living room, cosy furniture, spacious kitchen with all utensils and bits and bobs, clean throughout, bedrooms with lots of extra beds, warm, Nice flat screen TV, which we didn't really use. The thing that stands out beyond any other place that we have stayed at is the most amazing gardens and sheer space around the property, with 5 acres of garden, which you could sit in all day and 15 acres of woodland just at your doorstep, it is a haven for pet owners too. The place is welcoming, interesting and highly highly recommended. I was hesitant to write this review, as it may mean we don't get a future booking, as the more people that know about it, the more it will be in demand.
Forgot to mention, only 2 or 3 miles from the car park to Cader Idris, if you fancy the climb, as we did and also a short walk ( 1 mile) to the Mawdach trail, which starts from Dolgellau, a beautiful picturesque small town. Ideal for bikers and climbers.
The utilities were paid separately, but in all honesty didn't add up to much.
