Aner Cottage is small B&B in Dolgellau Town Centre. Parking can be a problem in Dol but Aber Cottage has secure onsite parking..a real bonus. Right in town for access to coffee shops pubs and restaurants. The B&B feels newly converted and is a great mix of traditional and modern. Antique walls, odd angles, low beams and slightly sloping floors. Modern facilities in the bathrooms. Neat, clean, full of character, lovely breakfast room / spacious light and comfortable lounge. Friendly 'family feel' service from Sarah and Graham and really great breakfasts. Thoroughly recommend for stay in Dolgellau.

This was our second visit to Aber Cottage, and as with our first the welcome from Graham and Sarah was lovely, they really do make you feel at home and nothing is too much trouble. The room was excellent, clean and welcoming, and the breakfast was wonderful. Dolgellau is a very welcoming base for a weekend stay and we could'nt recommend it highly enough. We WILL be back.

In the center of Dolgellau is this wonderful cottage with kind and helpful hosts. Snowdonia around the corner. Close to a bike rental. There's a healthy breakfast available, as well as the classic British option. You can leave bikes behind a locked gate overnight. The hosts are fantastic and helped us out with everything from transport and timetables to where to eat and other local knowledge. Looking forward to returning next year.
