We spent our 1st Anniversary at this beautiful hotel & what a great time we had!! Nick and Steve were perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble and we couldn't have felt more relaxed. The rooms are tastefully decorated, food was fabulous and the garden a delight to sit and have a drink in after our evening meal. Thank you guys we will be back. Annie and Brian

I stayed recently along with 5 business colleagues and have to say that this is THE place to stay while in the area!
Nick makes you feel very welcome and Steve produces a top quality and innovative menu, including unusual items for the adventurous.
Sitting in the beautiful gardens in early evening with a beer and Tapas from the Garden Menu what could be better?

I decided to book 'bryn artro' for my husbands birthday. Four days prior to the planned weekend I received an email from the hotel stating that our room had been double booked even tho I had booked almost 5 weeks prior.

On contacting the hotel over the phone I voiced that I was both angry and disappointed about the situation and was confronted by an extremely rude man telling me whilst raising his voice 'that he didn't know why I should be angry and that he had a business to run and didn't have time to listen to me' he then proceeded to put the phone down on me before I had chance to ask his name or more importantly a refund.

So if you want to make a booking with a hotel containing staff with poor management skills and very poor customer
service skills then book here!!

As my tittle indicates, we found a gem in Wales. The property is very cozy, beautiful, and SUPERB restaurant. The Chef Steve is simply amazing. A fine dining and exquisite food in the middle of village is a very pleasant surprise. It is the best restaurant in Wales. HIGHLY recommended.

We were staying a few miles, cruising looking for a restaurant for dinner and boy, did we get lucky! A lovingly restored building, a beautiful garden and patio area and we both loved the stained glass window in the foyer. The staff were charming, dis-arming, attentive and professional. The food was really good raw ingredients, well presented and cooked just right. The only disappointment - slightly over cooked green beans. We left satisfied and full after a lovely evening. Our only wish - that we were staying there and having breakfast on the patio.

On a day trip to Snowdonia we where looking for a place to have a meal and stumbled upon the Bryn Artro Country House. We were not disappointed ! The building and restaurant are immaculately furnished and maintained. We sat outside on the spotless patio surrounded by well maintained gardens. The staff were friendly and efficient without being overbearing. Our meals arrived promptly and were all very tasty and well presented. All three of us were very taken with this professionally run establishment. We will be back.
