Llwyndyrus Farm Spa Holidays
Reviewed 19 February 2012

We stayed here for 5 nights during February 2012. Cwt y Ci was our home from home for the two of us. Fantastic renovation work has been undertaken on the farm outbiuldings during the last 15 years. All cottages on the farm have retained their charms and character since the animals left! Our cottage was spotless and very well appointed, fully working kitchen which uncluded all crockery, utensils, washing machine and dishwasher. Very comfortable red iron bed in the bedroom lead to a bathroom which included a power shower. All the downstairs area had underfloor heating and we enjoyed the warmth of the log burning stove in the upstairs living room. Our cottage gave us an excellent base to explore the Lleyn Peninsula where we enjoyed many beach walks.
A fantastic base for solo travellers, couples, friends and families to explore the Lleyn Peninsula of North Wales. A huge thank you to Kit and Evan for their warm welcome.

We would highly recommend Llwyndyrus if you're looking to relax and get away from it all. The cottages are well appointed and in a beautiful farm setting. We were greeted by the sheepdogs every morning and relaxed in the spa in the evening.

It is very quiet on the farm and the family who run it are lovely. They couldn't do enough for us and even brought us home made cake - fantastic!

We were able to work from the cottage, as there is wifi on-site. It makes for a wonderful office, if you are looking for a working holiday.

What a fantastic 3 night break we have just had, it was our 1st wedding anniversary and we could'nt have gone to a nicer place the cottages were clean, bright and great value Cozy & romantic sat with the log burner on and a glass of wine. The location is perfect for exploring the Llyn Peninsular with Pwllheli, Abersoch & Nefyn just around the corner with lovely costal walks and beaches with snowdonia national park a short drive away. Snowdon in the distance the views are beautiful. viewing the sunsets whilst sat in the hot tub, spa treatments and a warm family welcome from the owners based on a working farm. We will definitely be returning for several breaks. highly recommended.

Lovely cottage - we stayed in the one that used to be the cow-shed! (As reminded every hour during the day when the clock moos!).

Nice bathrooms and plenty of space.

Only issues we had were when we ran out of hot water on the Saturday evening, and we also had problems working the dishwasher. You might want to take a non-stick frying pan as well...

We stayed in the smaller cottage ci cwi which was ideal for a couple and a perfect romantic retreat. The cottage itself is very clean, quaint but with modern facilties including dishwasher, flatscreen tv etc. The owners are extremly friendly and will help you with what you need but at the same time leave you to your own devices and won't intrude on your stay. Views were amazing, nice to have some fresh air, and greeted by some very friendly dogs each morning.. we were there to visit friends but the location is perfect for snowdonia and other local attractions. I can't comment on the other larger cottages but i can't imagine they would not be of the same high standard. There is a spa on site with hot-tub which i would of love to use but as pregnant did not. All in all can not fault.. Only one tip for first timers in wales make sure you pack a jumper and a raincoat even if it is august !!
