“Great day out”
Reviewed 10 October 2011

We had a lovely day at Glasfryn Parc while we were stopping in North Wales. The kids loved the Go-Karts (great price, £5 for 6 minutes) while I was in my element in the farm shop, full of lovely fresh produce. Will certainly visit again if we're in the area.

“Disorganised but fun, staff seemed very bored and disinterested”
Reviewed 9 October 2011

We called in the morning of this activity to be told that it was operating (weather was a little poor), so arrived at a designated time for a session an hour later. On arrival we were told that the events had been cancelled due to staff shortage and couldn't tell us when they would next operate.

Taking a chance and calling later in the day to see if any bookings were available in days to follow, we were told that the activity (Quad Trekking) was available the same afternoon. Confused but looking forward to the activity, we drove back to the venue.

The reception staff were helpful, if extremely disinterested. The instructor of the activity was also very friendly, as were all the staff we met, however it was clear that the staff were bored and didn't really want to be out leading the activity.

The facilities were basic, safety equipment was in poor condition, unsupervised fitting and poor size range (lot of childrens sizes).

We felt the activity was a little over-priced for the overall experience and sevice given, £15 per person would be more reasonable.
