We were all attending a sailing event in Pwllheli. The house was in a great location - it was very comfortable and perfect for a large group.

“Great Stay”

We rented this property which was ideal for a family holiday which consisted of 2 Grand parents our 2 adult children with their wives plus four Grand children, there was plenty of room well equiped, five good bedrooms (one extended off a double room which was great for two younger chidren) there are two ensuite bathrooms and an additional bathroom off the landing, a well equiped Kitchen Dining room & nice Lounge with TV etc. The property is located at a mid point between Pwllheli & Nefyn on part of a large country estate and is as the name inplies a converted Coach House, it is quiet, safe, for the children and has its own rustic charm. Full central heating and a log burner in the lounge. There is a large garden plus a very large grassed area across the road where the children can play. The owners live in the Manor House and they are very nice people to deal with.

The only negative thing during our stay was the lack of water pressure which affected the use of all showers being used at the same time so we had to take turns when showering in the mornings,

We had a great time and would not hesitate to recomend this property for a family holiday.

The cottage is perfect for large families or groups, we had 5 couples and had an amazing stay. The grounds the cottage is situated in is something special with a large lake, woodlands and plenty of wildlife. At night it is very dark with no light pollution which makes it great star gazing. The location of the cottage is perfect to explore peninsula. Looking forward to our next visit.

In the absence of a budget hotel in Pwllheli we looked for a property to rent for the weekend. By word of mouth we heard of the Coach House. Oh what a find. Lovely estate with lake, pheasants, old trees and lawn. Really spacious character property with large rooms and lovely bathrooms. Good kitchen. All very relaxing and private. A quick straight drive into Pwllheli.
All good. Highly recommended loads of space!

Coach house is a very comfortable property situated within the policies of an estate. The surroundings are quiet and there is plenty of scope for walks both around the house and in the beautiful surroundings of the Llyn Peninsula. There are lots of good beaches and costal walks within 15 minutes of the house and little villages and places of interest to visit.
The house itself is extremely comfortable with everything you could need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, though we bought some ready meals from the estate farm shop to save us shopping and cooking. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated and we loved the sitting room with its wood burning stove. All in all, we had such a lovely, comfortable and relaxed time that all of us wouldn't hesitate to recommend Coach House - we are talking about going back in the summer to make the most of the beaches.
