“Great for Kids”
Reviewed 15 May 2014

Lovely day for us all, lots of creatures to meet and nice butterfly display. The new miniature donkeys were a big hit with our daughter. We had a picnic in the park, then on to the bouncy castle and the other play area. We will definitely visit again next year.

“Great day out!”
Reviewed 14 May 2014

Visited Pili Palas recently with our 2 children and I must say the whole family had a great time! The kids loved seeing all of the exotic animals they've never had the chance to before and what was even better was that the staff went out of their way to make the experience that little bit more magical - The children had the opportunity to hold the snakes and the rabbits. (great if you have a boy and a girl). The play facilities were excellent and we ended up spending the whole day there! The children had endless fun on the bouncy castle, in the park and on the zip wire. The entire attraction is so safe and enclosed therefore there was no worrying about where the kids were (Great for the adults!). Overall we had a fantastic day and would highly recommend!

“Ideal for younger children”
Reviewed 14 May 2014

I visited Pili Palas Nature World last week with a large group.

Fortunately, it was the company I was with who made the visit enjoyable.

It's catered to younger ages, it's very small and quite dirty in places, in particular the cafe area. There isn't really a 'nature walk' as it consists of about 150 yards of boggy pathway with a bird watching hut at the end.

The children, however, enjoyed. As did some of the mature adults in our group who also joined in on the park assault course, I suppose you could call it.

Reasonable for children, but, I probably wouldn't look to visit again.

“Total rip off”
Reviewed 13 May 2014

I was extremely disappointed with this so called attraction. The entrance fee was the most expensive we have paid so far - twice the price of the various castles!! The park is tiny, there is one paddock with two goats and three Alpacas. The 'nature walk' is barely 200 yards long and fraught with dead ends. We have an interest in butterflies which was the particular draw for this place but what a huge let down. The butterfly house is small and pokey with not a wide variety of species. The bird house was entertaining because of their characters. The meerkats are behind glass and there is no way of interacting with them. The 'petting corner' you cannot touch the pets! What is the point of pets corner when you cannot interact with those animals! The pigmy donkeys were in a worn paddock, again out of reach. We spent barely 25 minutes there and visited every possible thing accessible to the public. I was disgusted frankly with the cost and what was there - certainly not value for money. I would have asked for my money back if I could had found any staff around the place!

“Good Afternoon Out”
Reviewed 12 May 2014

Have been here a few times with our Grandsons.

They really enjoy having the butterflies flying about them, you really do have to look where you are walking too as they can also rest on the floor.
There are reptile rooms, all sorts of insects and information including some interactive games for the children.

There is a little zoo area with Mere Cats, Goats, Chickens and more. Also a nice play area and cafe.
