Booked a table for a family new years day lunch after a recommendation, from the moment we arrived we where more than impressed, obviously this is a popular and very busy place yet we where met by a smiling happy chap, I could guess this to be Dylan himself but not sure, we where taking to our table on the first floor overlooking the menai straights and the view was magnificent.
We noted that most of the staff where young and very polite and helpful(remember it was new years day) not a hang over in sight! apart from ours!
the food was superb, i opted for some carbs and went for the fish finger burger and it was delicious, the two teenagers one opted for a burger and the other sea bass agian could not be faulted, Mum had the fish pie and my wife had the seafood linguine absolutely perfect.
a big thank you to all the staff for a fantastic job well done, oh and one final thing, the bread.....mmmm to die for baked freshly on the premises.
We will be making this one of our favourite spots on our regular visits to Anglesey

Booked a table for New Years Eve a couple of weeks in advance. Warm welcome on arrival. Well staffed. Good choice of food. I chose garlic bread and lamb stew, he chose fishcakes and pork belly. All very tasty. Finished off with a coffee each. Good service, yummy food and no pressure to leave the table. We enjoyed it so much we returned for lunch on New Years’ Day (took a risk and luckily got the last table). This time I chose the pork belly and he chose the calzone which were both delicious. Look forward to returning to the island so we can pop in here once more. Only one thing, the menus are looking scruffy (ring marks from drinks and torn) – wouldn’t take a lot to replace them.

We spent a lovely afternoon here today with friends. The place was very busy with lots of smiley happy people. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and the menu options suited everyone. The food arrived in good time and was really well presented. Despite the place being busy with people waiting for tables we never felt rushed. And to top it off the view was wonderful.

Went here for a family meal. Service was really good and the staff were very friendly. The food was of a really good standard and there was more than enough to keep us full. Would 100% recommend this place if you are in the area.
