We had a very enjoyable break and found the cottage both clean and cosy. Located quite centrally it made exploring around the island easy and without spending too much car time.
On the other hand its also perfectly well equipped for staying in and relaxing.
I would highly recommend this delightful little cottage to anyone looking to get away for a peaceful and relaxing break.
What a lovely short break we had. Quaint cottage, tastefully decorated, providing everything you need. 5 mins from beautiful beach offering great food at lligwy beach cafe. Woken by the sound of woodpeckers in the field, gorgeous. Thank you Rosie x
The cottage is a wonderful bolthole. Near beaches, eateries, walks and easy to get to anywhere on the island.
Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a very relaxing stay. Clean and warm with a comfy firm bed, and an amazing bathroom.
Our dog was welcome too and we found plenty of walks nearby.
Overall a very happy break. We would recommend Rosie and her beautiful cottage to our friends and family, and would definitely stay there again when we are on Anglesey. Thank you for a great time.
Lovely cottage for a long weekend. Cosy and clean and WiFi kept us all happy. Good location to explore the island. Very clean and well equipped. Not far from Benllech and Rhosneigr only 20-25 min depending on which roads you take. Views surrounding are lovely.
Cottage can sleep 5, 2 large bedrooms, very comfortable beds. Whole property was clean and well organised, bathroom had a good shower and a deep bath, plenty of hot water. Kitchen well equipped with large fridge freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine and a fair sized table. Plenty of seating in the living room, large TV, good wifi. Plenty of space, but has a lovely cosy feel to it, storage heaters kept the place warm, and there was an extra fire/radiator if needed. Lots of helpful information provided, arrival and departure were easy. You can park directly outside the cottage. A pet friendly cottage (we took a rabbit and cat), but no sign of any previous animal visitors, enclosed back yard was great for the rabbit, easy clean laminate floors downstairs. The front garden would have been lovely for sitting out in warmer weather. The location is secluded, but not isolated, several other houses in the village, just a few miles from the coast, but extremely quiet with a great view of the night sky when it's clear. You do need a car, as the nearest bus stop was a few miles away. We found the door locks to be quite tricky, and didn't use the bikes as the chains needed some serious oil, but these were very minor niggles. On the whole, a very relaxing holiday, so highly recommended.
