“Lovely, relaxing weekend break for the whole family”
Reviewed 13 March 2013 for a stay in March 2013

Great house which was well equipped and cosy. Our two boys (4 & 3) loved their room and the walk to the beach through the woods was brilliant adventure for them and the dog! Would definitely come again.

“Breathtaking views, luxury and comfort”
Reviewed 8 July 2012 for a stay in June 2012

We stayed at Tyddyn Plwm Isa with another couple and our teenage son. The accommodation is extremely comfortable and we had the best night's sleep. The walk through the pine forest to the dunes and the beach @ Llanddwyn was awesome. We had dinner at the Maram Grass just outside Newborough which was excellent and good value. Young chef Liam is very talented. The walk home across the dunes in the moonlight was magical - take a torch! Weather in London that weekend was miserable so everyone was shocked when we went back to work with suntans! We will be back again soon.

“Beautiful accommodation with plentiful tranquility and stunning views of Wales.”
Reviewed 5 July 2012 for a stay in June 2012

As regular visitors to this area we were pleased to find this gem. Even more pleased when we arrived and found it looked even better than the pictures.
This property offers everything you need for a stay on Anglesey. It is set in a great position to be enjoyed by walkers and cyclists alike. The forest near-by has a multitude of different paths that have colour marked routes. The beach is with-in walking distance yet a little far for childrens legs. There is a large car park and toilet facilities at the beach, with a £3 fee on entrance to the area. Worth paying though as the toilets and area are always clean and tidy with a warden in attendance most days. The beach allows dogs though only to the one side during the summer months. The walk to the lighthouse is highly recomended.
Although the area is very quiet it is perfect for a break away to relax. There isn't much for teenagers to do.
The owners were lovely and more than happy to help should you require anything during your stay. We would certainly consider booking here again and would highly recommend.

“Amazing! The best place to chill out and enjoy the best that Anglesey has to offer”
Reviewed 5 July 2012 for a stay in June 2012

Tyn Plwm Isa has such a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere, created by the lovely owners, the location, the decor and furnishings.

The house is just great, with a light and airy open living / kitchen space with the log burning stove and the very comfy bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The views through the huge sliding corner windows in the lounge - over the dunes, across the Menai Straights and over to Snowdonia - just put a smile of your face.

We had typical June weather - sun and showers - and were able to open the windows and sit on the deck or inside while still enjoying the fresh air.

The walk down to Llanddwyn beach is a must - edging the forest on one side and the dunes on the other. We saw some of the wild horses that live in the area on the way down and the beach itself is the best - long, white and sandy with the same views as from Tyn Plwm Isa, over the Menai Straights across to Caernarfon and Snowdonia beyond.

We had our dog with us - she loved the walk down to the beach each morning too.

We will definitely be coming back.
