Amazing place, perfect location just near to the beach and fantastic facilities. Loved every minute of our break, very clean and everything you could possible need was in the house. Will definitely stay again, very impressed. Great communication too.

Fabulous location for local beach and exploring the island. Lovely property with everything you would need available.

4 adults had plenty of room. 6 adults would be a push but a family with children would find it spacious enough.
Rhosneigr itself has good choice of local places to eat out at and shops for basics and souvenirs. Locals were very friendly. All our party had a really enjoyable relaxing break.

“A perfect beach location”
Reviewed 8 May 2017 for a stay in May 2017

We have just returned from a weekend break here and cannot wait until we can return again as it was such a lovely place. If you are looking for somewhere to stay which is within an excellent location for the beach and local amenities then this is the place for you.

The house has 3 bedrooms- the smallest has bunk beds in, then there's a small double- the bed against the wall and then the main bedroom which has a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom is a decent size- so much space to get the kids changed. The lounge is cosy with plenty of little side tables. There's one large sofa and then plenty of bean bags- and not just normal sized ones but huge ones which our children loved (this could be a problem if you have older children or are more than 2 adults, seating wise) The kitchen- diner was very well equipped with plenty of crockery, cooking equipment and dishwasher. At the front was a little picnic table which was beautiful to sit at in the sunshine and the back a small courtyard with table and chairs.

Parking-wise you can park just outside and that was a arelief as i think it would be difficult to park nearby on a sunny day as it's so close to the beach.

The house was easy enough to find and is so close to the beach we didn't ahve to use our car at all. In fact, our children walked bare foot up and down to the beach and we could nip back to use the toilet or grab some spare clothes and things. it was ideal.

We were delighted when the owners said we were able to check out later than the usual 10am, so we were able to make the most of our stay.

we found the beds very comfortable, the children loved their bunk beds and we were really pleased to see lots of board games in the kitchen which kept the children entertained whilst we were relaxing.

A few points- the television needed tuning in, you may not be happy with just one sofa depending upon your party size/age and there were a few patches of mould in the small bedroom.

we had a fantastic stay, it was very cosy and we didn't want for anything- plenty of nice fluffy towels and such.

We will definitely be back again.

“Nice little place, which could be even better with a few changes”
Reviewed 1 May 2017 for a stay in April 2017

Had a lovely weekend in Rhosneigr at this property. I not longer live on Anglesey, but grew up on the Island, and lived in the area for 18 years.

This location is very popular with holiday makers. This is because there is a great beach, but also the village has a number on amenities, so you do not feel to isolated.

This little property is in the heart of the village, and on this bank holiday weekend, there was quite a buzz in the area.

In summary, here is my view of the property

Positives

-Great location
- Nice and clean
-Useful kitchen
-Perfect for a family of 4
- Broadband and TV a welcome addition
- Small rear garden to sit out in on an evening
- Good hot shower

Negatives - remember these are relatively minor, and did not spoil our stay

- Heating system : No heating in one of the front bedrooms. This would not be a problem for adults as there are mobile electric heaters supplied. But these are not suitable to be on with young children in the room
- No washing machine which may be an issue for some on longer stays - although there is a laundrette in the area
- Mattress in the rear bedroom is quite uncomfortable
- Parking would be difficult if more than one family were staying - although there would be further parking not too far away in the village

Other reviewers mentioned some uneven floor boards. These were still noticeable, but in all honesty, have no effect on ones holiday, so in my opinion is not an issue.

So in summary, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anybody requiring a small property to rent in a great location. ;)

“Lovely short escape”
Reviewed 21 March 2017 for a stay in March 2017

A lovely, well equipped cottage. Very close to the beach and some lovely walks. Perfect for couples or families with young children. One 3 seater sofa and some bean bags in the lounge would mean that seating could be a problem for more than 2 or 3 adults, but it was fine for us. We visited a very good local restaurant where we were made to feel very welcome (Sandy's) and the fish and chip shop which served massive, tasty portions. The corner shop was very handy too. We would return without hesitation. There is so much to see and do that one weekend is definitely not enough!

Clean ,warm and comfortable. The house was well equipped but the bean bags were fun but as a senior would prefer a comfy chair. We would certainly go again. Thank you.
