Lovely private cottage.Great base for exploring Anglesey. Well equipped kitchen. Belting Shower. Suntrap enclosed garden. Lovely and clean rooms. Naomi the owner made us feel very welcome. Lots of dog friendly beaches and sights nearby. Can highly recommend Aberrfraw Beach. Breakwater Country Park (Good Breakfast at the Cafe).South Stack and Penrhos Coastal Park. Tesco.Lidl.Morrison's all nearby and The Standing stones pub in Morrison's car park allows dogs in the beer garden. Good food there. Very pleased we booked this cottage.

“Comfy and convenient”

Moranedd bach provided exactly what we were looking for, i.e. a cosy place to rest after walking the spectacular coast. Despite horrendous weather and a power cut, we enjoyed our stay

“Well equipped, comfortable cottage.”

We enjoyed a very relaxing weekend at Moranedd Bach. The cottage was deceptively spacious. The sofas and beds were all very comfortable and there was a dining room table to eat at. The large kitchen is very well equipped and now has a microwave. Bedding and towels are provided.
The enclosed garden was useful for our Labrador. The owners live right by the cottage and are very friendly and will help if you experience any problems. The cottage is a five minute walk to a lovely beach (note May to Sept dogs have to be on leads in certain areas of the beach - not a problem for us in October!). We enjoyed some lovely walks around the coast of Anglesey and also visited several local National Trust properties. There are shops nearby (including a large Morrisons on the southern edge of Holyhead - approx ten minutes drive from the cottage).
A very enjoyable break!

“Excellent cottage, clean and convenient.”

We stayed in this cottage for just three nights. There were five adults, withl plenty of space to accommodate us all,
There is a good sized kitchen, with a large fridge/freezer, and the usual kettle and four slice toaster. Plenty of utensils, dishes, cutlery and crockery, including a good range of pots and pans. Constant hot water is available for washing up, and for the shower in the bathroom. There is no microwave, but we didn't miss it.
The bathroom is decent, with a separate bath and shower cubicle, as well as toilet and sink. All clean and working well.
Three bedrooms were good, functional and just enough size to cope on our short trip. Under bed areas allowed us to slide cases out of sight.
The lounge and dining room were good, with a TV and DVD player and freeview receiver, so a good range of TV channels. There is a large range of DVDs on the bookcase, for children and adults, Mamma Mia !
The location is great, a few minutes walk to the beach, or golf course, a local shop, and a short car journey to Holyhead town with a large range of sjupermarkets like Morrisons, Tesco, Wilko, B&M.
All communications with owners were excellent.

“Enjoyed every minute!!”
Reviewed 31 August 2015 for a stay in August 2015

Fabulous cottage just a ten minute walk from a beautiful beach. The cottage had everything we needed for a happy relexed holiday in beautiful Wales!!!! There was a 3 year old and a 5 year old with us and the cottage was very safe and child friendly. It was a great base to explore Holylamd and Angelsley. Thanks for a wonderful week!
