“Foul!”
Reviewed 24 May 2014

Tonight just arrived in tywyn after a long drive -went for chips at skippy's -I wish we'd skipped it. Chips had clearly been lying around all day and the fish appeared to have been cooked about a week ago- hard, dry and greasy.mushy peas were far from green very unappetising. It all went in the bin. I might as well have set fire to that tenner. How hard can it be too cook a decent golden crisp chip and a juicy bit of fish? Hard to believe they've ever had queues out the door.

“Do not bother”
Reviewed 14 May 2014

Bought fish and chips for four people yesterday. cost around £20.00 and were the worst I have ever had anywhere. Chips were burnt on the outside but underdone inside. fish was about 2mm thick, grey and hard with thick batter. Disgusting!

“Poor value”
Reviewed 15 April 2014

The chips are never cooked properly and generally the food is poor.compared to the great chips in Barmouth these are dreadful. The mini meals are expensive and not good.
