We had a wonderful Easter break with our friends and family at the cart house of Asheston Eco barns Located in the beautiful welsh country side with lovely views from your lounge . Kids have got a separate play area which is an advantage. Karen the owner of the barn is a lovely lady who was very welcoming even though we reached quite late after driving for couple of hours and she helped us to unload our car which was handy. It's a perfect location if you want to get out of the your daily routine and relax in the beautiful country side .

We have just returned from a long weekend in The Cow Shed. Wow!!! What an absolutely gorgeous place. It had everything you needed. We travelled with my parents and my 3 year old son and it was wonderful!! Even had toys for my son to play with. The rooms were spotless clean and the welcome basket, which contained the essentials bread, milk, wine and welshcakes was a wonderful touch!! I would definatley recomend this to anyone traveling with a young family as it had a lovely playground to which my son basically had to himself!! We will defiantly return as the owners made us feel completely welcome, even if it's to sleep on the most comfortable beds in the world!! 5 stars xxxxx

Have stayed in the Grain Store twice now, and on both occasions, everything has been absolutely spot on! A hamper of local goodies was awaiting us on arrival. The accommodation is spotless and very well equipped (they even have toys for kids to take to the beach) It is a beautiful, peaceful spot, and I suspect that we will return again in the future...

It's so tranquil, I had no trouble sleeping at all. It's so cosy and comfortable. I fell in love with it straight away. I left wanting to go straight back. The views are beautiful, you wake up to see the sun rising over the hills with local wildlife right in front of you. The whole place is decorated and furnished to a high standard. They also have a great selection of books for you to read on your stay, someone must be a Nick Hornby fan as I found four books there, sadly I only managed to read three while I was there. The tv's aren't big BUT who needs tv while you are in such a beautiful, relaxing place? If you want a large but cosy place to stay then go here!

Room Tip: I personally liked the cart house, I saw the inside of the others and thought are one had the best v...

A perfect place to stay - we chose the cart house for its cosiness and just loved it. All immaculate and very well equipped - bedrooms cute and comfortable, cosy living room with wood burning stove and well-equipped kitchen. Bathrooms also immaculate. Surroundings gorgeous - lots of lovely beaches etc in easy striking distance although it is a bit of a drive to be able to do a proper food shop so suggest ordering in advance/taking with you (there's a local food supplier you can use who will deliver). Owners were very helpful but also gave us lots of space. For next time, we'd have taken some local walk route print-outs with us as the countryside was just gorgeous. Welcome hamper and basket of logs ready to go a lovely touch - all in all a well thought out place and would recommend - the pictures don't do it justice.

Room Tip: Would probably choose the cart house or cow shed so at the end of the buildings.

My Husband was recovering from an operation so we booked in here last minute after initially booking through coastal cottages (nightmare, place was filthily, wouldn't give us our money back). Asheston was fabulous, quiet, peaceful, perfect, nice hamper of food waiting, upstairs and downstairs bathrooms and bedrooms, full kitchen. god, just brilliant, and not expensive. highly recomend

We stayed at Asheston Eco Barns - in the Cart House and as soon as we approached the barns we knew we had found something special! The pictures on the website do not do it justice at all! The converted barns are stunning inside and out, and have the most wonderful views across the Welsh hills. The Cart House is a really lovely, characterful holiday home with everything you could wish for - good quality furnishings, fluffy white towels, comfortable beds, luxury walk in showers, and there were even toys and games for the children, and a most impressive welcome hamper of local goodies! The Cart House has a huge arched window in the front room, with the most amazing views. We had a lovely sitting out area - with table & chairs, a barbecue, and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. The grounds were perfect for young children - with an enclosed play area, and lots of ride on cars and tractors, etc. You are away from the road - so it is perfectly safe. The owners live on site in their farmhouse and were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We loved the area, and had some fantastic days out. The Pembrokeshire coastline is glorious! We completely fell in love with the barns, and at the end of our week, we did not want to leave! And we would definately stay here again. Highly recommended!
