A lovely , relaxing stay in a very peaceful ,pretty, quiet area. The hotel looked out onto a lake , which was very picturesque. . The welcome at reception and in fact by all staff was very friendly and polite. Very helpful staff , which made a nice change from the last place we stayed! The room was clean, comfortable and modernly decorated , with lovely old features of beams and low level windows. The service in the restaurant was great, plenty of choice and food quality was amazing. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Had a wonderful 3 night stay at Slebech Park. The food each evening was amazing and the breakfasts were also very good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful especially Stephanie. We had a top floor room which was well appointed the only small criticism is the low beams in the bedroom area and lack of light in the bathroom for doing your makeup and for my husband shaving. This however did not spoil our stay and we will definitely return but choose a different room type ( we stayed in the Hamilton). Slebech Park is a very relaxing place and with a few more facilities eg. pool, treatment room, etc you won't want to leave! I would recommend booking for dinner each evening as there is nowhere else nearby which matches the standard and value of their Restaurant. Finally the directions sent by the hotel are extremely clear so you should have no trouble finding it - but please get the pothole by the entrance to the car park fixed Slebech.

Great room, attached lounge and attentive service in a wonderfully quiet location. The Resturant was superb for both dinner and breakfast.
If you don't want to completely relax, the mobile phone reception was very poor as was the wireless connectivity in some rooms.

A little difficult to find at first however a stunning location and wonderful stay!!

The staff and the food were exceptional, we dined twice at the hotel in the evening and ate breakfast everyday and could not fault this.

The food in the evening was stunning and we were very impressed.

All the staff we came across were very friendly and helpful, I can't remember everyone's names but Stephen and Stephanie in the restaurant were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Katie and vicky on reception again very friendly and assisted us with queries etc.

I'm sorry I have forgotten the bar managers / restaurant chap but again very helpful.

Mum spoke to Bruce the gardener who again was very jolly and welcoming and explained about the grounds and where we could walk and said goodbye to us when we were leaving.

I understand that Slebech will be going through redevelopment which is obviously good news in the long term as there does need to be bit more going on and further dining offerings to retain guests on site.

This hopefully we only enhance what is already there and if the gardens could be rediscovered and made more of for enjoyment then this would be amazing!

My only negative is the pot hole I did not see until actually in it leading up to the drive, however I am sure this will be addressed in the future!

Well done Slebech and we wish you happy new development plans and will return!

Room Tip: Sorry I can't seem to untick the leisure facility options????

The room was finished well, only let down by small details like cobweb in the corners of the ceilings. Bathroom was spacious with good quality toiletries. Dinner is very well presented, excellent value for money. Breakfast does not disappoint either, if only the weather played nicely.

Very relaxing and quiet. A beautiful location on an unspoilt tidal estuary.
The staff are friendly, professional, and helpful but unobtrusive. I quite like the fact that it is off the beaten track, the signposting is there but is discreet, and the instructions emailed in advance from reception are clear.

The room was very comfortable and the food excellent. As a vegetarian, it would be nice to have more choice for the main evening meal. The only other suggestion is that the lighting in the room and the restaurant was a little too bright.

Will definitely return.

Room Tip: Ask for a view of the estuary

Once you have travelled the long drive, the staff give you a warm welcome. Room was lovely although they apologise for the lighting system in advance. View is tranquil and ever changing with the tide. It invites you to sit in silence and relax. The food in the restaurant is delicious although it could have been warmer. All the staff are very helpful and at hand with out being intrusive.
