We had gone for a day out to Pembrokeshire. We saw this hotel/restaurant and decided to stop for dinner. The service was great, friendly but not too casual, the food wonderful and ( in my opinion) very well priced for the type of setting and quality food served. The setting was so wonderful that whilst chatting to our waitress we commented that we might stay the night instead of going straight home. Unknown to us, she had gone to check availability at reception and upon asking us what we were doing at the end of the meal she told us rooms were available. Superb service, she took us to reception and introduced us to the receptionist. We had a great night slept in a wonderful room with large bed and walk in shower. We will be coming back!

We have recently returned from a three day break at Slebech park and we had a wonderful time. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by lovely friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. Our room was very tastefully decorated with high quality furnishings and luxury touches, and a huge very comfortable bed. It had a beautiful view up the estuary and we began to unwind the minute we got there. We enjoyed the most fabulous food every day, amongst the best we have ever eaten anywhere. We walked for miles, enjoying the freedom of the estate and saw lots of wildlife, flowers and very few people, it was so tranquil. We cannot wait to return for another visit.

Good room, good food and a good location for sightseeing up to St Davids or down to Tenby. The room we had was fitted out to a high standard. The restaurant is very pleasant and food was excellent quality. We found it to be a central location for visiting the Pembrokeshire area and it's wonderful beaches. Would stay again if visiting the area.

We spent three nights here and enjoyed ourselves very much; as did the dog! The site, set in a 600 acre farming estate and overlooking the river estuary, simply could not be bettered. Our room (a lovely lounge and spacious bedroom) had the most comfortable bed I have ever come across in a hotel at any price.
The restaurant provides wonderful breakfasts, fine lunches and some really lovely dinners. I have eaten better food, but only at places like The Grove or Le Gavroche, and they charge very considerably more. £25 for three courses here represents outstanding value.
The hotel is in the process of a major investment of new money, to provide new bar/lounge etc., but I have to say that none of the on-going work detracted from our enjoyment. When we met builders around the site they were invariably very friendly, and this goes for the hotel staff, for whom nothing was too much trouble.
Slebech Park is ideally placed for walking many sections of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, and this is what we did. Adventure parks and water parks are nearby, if that is what you prefer!

Room Tip: Our room was an Executive Double with its own lounge. Worth every penny, especially as we had a ver...

As mentioned in recent reviews much needed improvements to the hotel's facilities are in the pipeline . The service , staff , food and location are all fine . Our room was too hot even though the window was kept open and our dog had to be carefully placed on the floor to avoid the underfloor hot pipes .

We only used our room and the restaurant as we were not made aware of any other facilities for guests .

The hotel is expensive when compared to motels and ones abroad but my wife and I had a welcome stay recently ( but the weather could have been better !)

Wonderful hotel in a wonderful setting ! What a find. We were lucky enough to stay on a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast special deal but would have no hesitations now in staying on a normal rate after experiencing fine food and most comfortable rooms. A pleasant drive through the woods led to an exquisite setting on the banks of the Cleddau, with tranquil and interesting views of an ever changing river bed and its variety of birds, with lovely walks in the grounds and along the riverbank. The rooms were very well equipped, bedding and linen of the best quality and the food at both dinner and breakfast superb. The young staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. A most enjoyable first stay, definitely not the last ! Thank you.

No doubt many of us amuse ourselves reading reviews of various establishments. We're all experts now! Yet not so expert, some of us , as to ascertain the exact whereabouts and incomparable setting of Slebech Park hotel before we embark on our visits. It is OFF the A40 but is hardly in some impenetrable wilderness, see all those moans in several previous reviews!
The estuarine setting of this hotel is superb and oh so peaceful. Our latest stay was enhanced in that it coincided with a very generous cut price offer. Food both at breakfast and in evenings was excellent and substantial , efficiently and charmingly served.
Great! An asset for Pembrokeshire . Naturally we will return, again and again.
